Rated 5 out of 5 by from COLD Water Wash Is The Secret!! I almost didn't buy these beautiful sheets after reading a scary review warning of loose threads and puckering! But, being a lover of all things lace, I know that you have to wash anything with lace in COLD water on a gentle cycle---which elements the shrinkage rate between the synthetic thread added to the cotton sheets and the cotton thread in all of that lace. I've washed my sheets at least 7 times and have NO frayed ends or puckering. They are as beautiful as the day I purchased them. Small wonder people give them as gifts to newlyweds! The are quite spectacular.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WARNING DO NOT BUY THESE SHEETS I purchased 3 sets of these sheets in King size in 2 colors. I loved how they felt and looked until... I washed them in cold water on delicate cycle and dried them in the coolest setting I had. The lace edges shrunk A LOT! Then after only 3 washings, the embroidery is coming out and the edges are frayed. So upsetting because they are so pretty when new and I would have overlooked the shrinkage even though I could not make a smooth bed and had to hide the top sheet edge with pillows.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soft EasyCare Lace Sheets First, let me say I was disappointed that all the reviews were not item specific. I found the same reviews for every sheet. That should be rectified. I love the Lace Sheets! Soft and beautiful after the first wash. I always wash before use. The lace is beautiful and soft and I did not notice any puckering or shrinkage. However, I would have liked a bit more width. The top sheet only overlaps by about 5 inches. The length is fine. The fitted mattress sheet seems to ride up a bit. With all these big mattresses, I think 19 inches is the way to go. They are have a luxurious hand, with a comfortable, substantial thread count you can feel. I wish they were a smidge bigger. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I got the sale price. Please note the comments, improve them a little and you have a real winner here!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT MADE WELL! The material itself is very nice, BUT~ the flat (top) sheet is way to short, barely hangs over the sides and the lace is sewn in a way that it gathers at the top and doesn't lay flat. I've washed these sheets only once and the lace is fraying and the color is all faded. I'm very particular in the linens I choose, That's why I purchased these according to the thread count, so I Always wash according to directions. Not happy at all for the money spent on these.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely, but the lace shrinks a lot! These are pretty sheets, and the lace is gorgeous with a lovely sheen. However, the lace band shrinks a great deal on both the top sheet and the pillow cases. This is actually a good thing for pillows, because it helps them resist sliding out of the case. But if you make your bed like I do, with the band of lace showing on the top sheet, it looks funny. On my cal-king sheet, I lost probably 2" of lace on each edge and it slightly puckers the top of the sheet. Other than that, the fabric is good and washes well. The touch of poly in the cotton does make them iron-free unless you are super picky. And other than shrinking, the lace washes well and lays flat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I hate to write this after looking for luxe but affordable sheets and ordering these. They aren't neatly sown and have loose threads. The fabric has some slight snagged-looking areas. The cotton/poly blend looks and feels much more like the latter; the sheets have an unattractive, cheap-looking sheen rather than a soft glow. These may be a bargain for a shopper wanting a fancy-looking sheet set for a low price, but they aren't your ticket if you're after an honest-to-goodness high-thread-count cotton sheet experience. Sorry!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love the lace trim I purchased a new bedroom suite and just had to put the cherry on top and these sheets achieved that. I choose the sage green color and I love love this color. The lace gives a touch of grandeur. I always wash my sheets before putting them on the bed and they are beautiful and wonderfully soft. I have washed the sheets two more times and they look and feel like they will hold up well. I know the sheets are a little on the pricey side but they have the feel and look of true luxury. I like these sheets so well that I have since purchased two more sets to give to my sons and daughter in laws for Christmas. I believe they will enjoy their sheets as much as I do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from "Lace" is actually embroidery. Lovely straight out of package, but when it is washed the "lace", which is embroidery on a backing, shrinks slightly and the backing frays and has to have the stringy threads trimmed. Not exactly as advertised, but the basic sheet fabric is excellent so far.

These are "Easy Care".

How do they wash up? Are they wrinkle free or do they need ironing?
Asked by: Brency
No, machine wash and tumble dry.
