Rated 3 out of 5 by Craftycat I returned it to store because of the smell of chemicals on the cover.
I didn't want to have to take it to a commercial washer and spend money and forever to get it dry. If you don't mind the smell it was a nice down comforter. I tried to air it out but it stunk up the room it was in. Called the company and they said that it would take 8 hours in a commercial dryer to get it fully dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by bergy1 Great comforter- a little misleading though
I was so excited to get this comforter in the mail! I have had bad luck with two previously purchased down comforters lately and was looking forward to having a brand I know and trust. I couldn't wait for a great blanket that did not spill feathers everywhere. This blanket is perfect, almost. It is soft, lofty, not noisy, and warm. Despite all of those great qualities I am going to have to return it. It is a beautiful, white, crisp blanket, with a blue lining around the edges. This really takes away from the beauty of the blanket. I have a duvet for the blanket, but I do not plan on using it always. I wanted a perfect, crisp white blanket. It does not mention this in the description, or show it in the picture. It is also a little short for a king size bed. Now I am in search of my 4th down comforter in the last few months!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Brooke Very flat down comforter
This comforter sounded very nice on the website however when it came I found that it was not fluffy at all and very flat. It is definitely not worth the money that I paid. I found one that was 10 times better for the same price. The brand is Royal Velvet and I purchased the Extra Warmth and it is fantastic!!! I would recommend this one instead.

I have used this down comforter for 2 weeks. No feathers or down is coming out, and it provides medium warmth, so when it's 30° F outside I feel warm but not too warm in bed with a bedspread on top. We will see if it's too warm for summer. It arrived promptly and in good shape. I was able to use a coupon and it was on sale, so I feel it is well worth what I ended up paying. I read somewhere to look for "noise" from the fabric shell when purchasing a comforter, but this one doesn't seem noisy to me.

I wanted a 3rd down comforter to slide into a duvet cover and I wanted the best I could get for my bed. This met all my expectations, it's fluffy, the feathers stay in place, and most of all it's warm. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

This is a great down comforter! Perfect weight and the cover is silky soft if you don't want to use a duvet. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by LeopardBiker THE BEST Comforter you'll ever own!
I had wanted a "REAL" down comforter for years! Not "feathers" that are prickly and the tips poke through the fabric but a real, quality, cozy comforter... and boy did this one deliver!!! It was not cheap, but I knew you get what you pay for and I was willing to do that as long as this met my strict expectations. I was ready to return it if it was not as described, well I didn't have to worry about that. The things that set this comforter apart from lesser quality ones is the 'wide baffle box'; this allows the feathers to "fluff" properly. There is also special stitching along the boarder to keep the feathers from "falling". Don't be alarmed if the comforter seems "flat" out of the package and for the first week or so, it fluffs up nicely with normal use. Another thing I was not going to tolerate was a noisy sound every time I moved. This comforter has very minimal sound. It is absolutely the most "cozy" comforter I've ever owned, I actually look forward to bedtime so I can snuggle into this comforter. I bought it in September #I live in New England# and have found it a bit too warm for right now, but I'm sure as the winter months set it will be just perfect. I cannot say enough good about this comforter. I know it is a big expense for a comforter, but it is worth every cent!!!! My only complaint is that I bought a King size for a Queen bed with a thick mattress and the King is a little too short for my Queen bed; not sure what I'd do if I had a King size bed.
