Rated 5 out of 5 by from owsome deal I am so tired of my old Teflon pans pealing so I am so excited to use these new pans with non stick ceramic. They look like very well maid and are a lot nicer then mine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible lids, poor heat conductivity and ceramic chips very easily The lids are the worst. The design is such that water is trapped around the edges between the metal rim and the glass so that there is always dirty water in the lid unless you can find a spot along the rim to get a finger nail into with a dish cloth to wick away some of the water. Very concerned about the health risks of having that dirty water hovering above my food as it cooks. The pan bottoms are thin and don't conduct heat very evenly (I use mine over gas burners). The ceramic coating is very thin and chips very easily as well. I'd never buy these again and would definitely invest in better cookware next time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite what I expected I bought this set (in red) almost 1 year ago. It's a really nice looking set and I get compliments on the color. I liked the pans that came with the set and the fact that they looked like they'd be easy to clean. I have never put them in the dishwasher, always hand washed them. Unfortunately, with not even having them a full year, a couple of the pans have stains on the white ceramic surface and the sides have small scratches. One pan is almost worn to where the food will get stuck when cooking. I am disappointed, considering how much I paid and they won't even last a couple years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mixed review I bought the 11 piece ceramic cookware set about 18 months ago. Love the pans. I am alittle disappointed that the pretty red outer coat seemed to scratch easily. Then about 2 days ago, while washing my pans from dinner, my husband and I saw mold growing on all the lids around the seals. There is no way to clean it! So....now no lids for any of my pans. I am so disappointed! Check your lids everyone. I always wash mine by hand, never soak the lids... Tried soaking them in bleach solution, still moldy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The cookware was just what I wanted. It's not stick and I can clean 95% of the pots and pans with a paper towel. Can be used for heat induction stove The reason I ordered this cookware is because it can be used on heat induction burner. I also like the fact that it can be almost completely cleaned with paper towels. This is an excellent non stick cookware. I also love the color of the cookware. I checked different web sites looking for this type cookware. This was the best I saw for the quality and price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from pretty set I Have not used this set yet as my new range is on order (conduction top) but they are of good quality and the price was very reasonable. I especially like the square fry pan for bacon and sandwiches as food fits better. I expect to be very happy with these pans. I will be anxious to see how they clean up - they are hand wash only but almost always hand wash my pans anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking cookware These pots and pans are not only nice to look at but I enjoy cooking with them. I've only had for 1 week but have used the frying pans and it's nice not having to prep the pans before each use (sprays, butter, etc.). I hope to get many years use out of them.

Answer:
The UPC code is on the side of the cook set box - that is the last box inside of the packing box.

Answer:
I think your code is on the bottom of the order confirmation. That's where I received my discount. Not 100 percent sure. If it's not there, it should appear during the ordering process. If not, a call to customer service should do the trick.

Answer:
The UPC code for this cookware set is on the box the set is shipped in. The UPC code will need to be removed from the box if mailing in a rebate form.
