Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted! It's nice that the connector is on bottom left of mattress pad and not in the middle like many.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality and Poor Design Wow - I am very surprised at the good reviews this mattress pad has gotten. We bought one Nov 7 and returned it November 17, 2016. Purchased this at a Penneys store when our excellent Westpoint mattress pad finally died after 10 years. It was the only one they had in the store and thought we would try it. The size is great and the stretchy sides fit well on the mattress. The top fabric is very thin and you can feel the wires when laying on it. Worse yet, the two plugs-ins for the separate controls are located on the top of the mattress pad right where your feet are. It is a large hard plastic housing and after I hit my toes on it several times I said this has got to go. Would not recommend this pad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far we like it! We are enjoying our new heated mattress pad. The controls are easy to see and use, and it's nice to have them plug in on each side of the mattress pad. Having the controls lit along with the on/off button makes it all very useable; especially in the dark. My husband says he's not sure that the heat goes all the way to the bottom of the bed, but we're still in the experimental stage. The amount of thickness in the pad itself seems to be sufficient and it covers the mattress very well with some to spare. All in all we're happy with our purchase and hope that it will wear long and well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I've had better heated mattrss pads This mattress pad was a replacement and it does not meet the expectations that we had for it. It takes forever to heat up and then you haven to turn it up to the higher numbers to get any heat out of it. It will do in a pinch but next time I will put more money into it.. You get what you pay for. All I can say it does work but that's about it. So use you judgement on buying this one. If you have so much money to spend then buy this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I didn' know what to expect. I'v had electric blankets in the past. The pad takes quit awhile to heat up and needs to be turned up to max to heat up I didn' know what to expect. I'v had electric blankets in the past. The pad takes excessive amount of time to heat up and needs to be turned up to max to heat up. Even then its still takes some time to heat up. My electric blankets heated up faster. Is this the product or is there more efficient pads that heat up faster?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keep shopping The price for this was very high. So i expected something better. The big problem is that it thinks that everyone wants just warm knees and nothing else. The elements do not go all the way to the feet or head. So to keep my feet warm, i sleep almost completely side ways on my bed. Not happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits nicely. I like the way this fits nicely on the corners of the mattress and it heats really quickly. However, even though the controls are attractive, I don't like how you have to sit them somewhere rather than them hanging on the side of the bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased to get this new one after my 30+ year old one wore out! Good features, good quality, good price!. I have had an electric mattress pad for over 30 years---which finally gave out. Very glad to have been able to purchase such an excellent replacement, which I'm sure will last that long also!

Answer:
It's on the top, way off to the side, where your feet go. Then you plug it in and string it along underneath the bed.

Answer:
It can be either way as the cord is long enough for top or bottom; however if you put it on top the plug could be in your way.

Answer:
The plug from the control to the mattress pad is at the bottom (foot) of the pad. The cord is long enough that the control can be placed on a night stand and the cord run under the mattress down to the plug.

Answer:
There are dual controls. The cords attach to the pad in two corners. I put the pad on the bed with the cords on by the top of the bed because then the cords were close to the outlet. The manual says the cords are on the bottom--but I don't see any difference in functioning whether you put the pad on with the cords near the top or near the bottom. For me, it was where the cords worked best.

Answer:
It's on the bottom. We put a regular mattress pad on top of it, as several reviewers had suggested, and we don't feel the wires at all. This is a wonderful product! Much better than an electric blanket.

Answer:
Hi,

The cord connection to the mattress pad is at the bottom. There is a piece of the unit in the pad that comes about 2-3 inches onto the bed that would prevent you from using it at the top for comfort reasons. The cords for the individual power units are long enough to run underneath the bed to your nightstands. It's a great pad. We like it! Hope this helps.

Answer:
Get a new mattress pad. Ours quit working also, barely a year after purchase. Not worth the time and trouble to constantly fuss with it. One side of pad does not even heat any more.
