Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eek what have I done? I got a Clarisonic Plus for Christmas and started using it shortly after New Years. I used it twice a day every day and after 3-4 four weeks all my previous acne had cleared up and I hadn't had a new break out, two weeks (mid-February) I was so confident as I hadn't had a pimple since early January, the longest period of pimple-free face I've had since my late-teens (I'm in my early twenties now, and I only started getting acne at around 18). But I got way too over confident and skipped a morning here and a night there, now I have two huge pimples on my forehead! I should have never missed a cleansing and I never will again. The Clarisonic works but only if you use it religiously - but it's worth it to do so! I love it, it's so much easier than just normally washing my face, less water mess and it feels nice and my face is sooo smooth feeling!!! Best Christmas present ever. I'm excited to try a new brush head soon. going to try delicate as I find my cheeks get quite red when I use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect brush head for me! I have extremely sensitive skin. I have tried the sensitive brush head and the radiance, and neither head worked. With the sensitive brush, my skin actually became so irritated it bled (and that was using it only once every other day). It did seem to clean well though as I didn't notice an increase in clogged pores. The radiance brush, though less irritating, didn't clean as well, and was irritating enough that my skin started producing more oil. This could be a good thing if you have very dry skin, except the excess oil clogged my pores. My guess is that it wasn't cleaning as well. The delicate brush head however has worked fabulously. It does not irritate my skin at all - and I use it once each day. My pores have shrunk, and I rarely see a clogged pore. I have always had super sensitive skin - everything irritates it! Now that I am older, it is also thinner and more fragile. Thin, fragile, and sensitive - not a winning combination. I'm thrilled to have found a brush that works for me. It took a while and quite a bit of consultation with the customer service reps at Clarisonic, but they were determined to find a brush head that would work for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! I have always had dry skin and acne. I went to my local doctor to get laser treatment to get rid of the redness in my face and he actually suggested this. I tried it for two weeks and the dryness in my face went away completely! I have tried everything under the sun in the past and if it worked for acne it made my dry skin worse and vice versa. The first few days I used it I did break out more. I asked my doctor about it and he said it is because it is bringing everything up and out of my skin that has been there for a long time and if I keep using it the acne would go away eventually. I kept my faith in my doc and I am so glad I did! About 3 weeks in I had absolutely no dry skin, my red marks were gone and I had no acne. My skin doesnt look like a supermodels but it also hasnt looked this good since before puberty. This is NOT a miracle worker, but it is the best thing that I have ever used on my face and I was starting to lose hope.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Cleans The Clarisonic is great, with this brush head, the Clarisonic is aggressive! I had great luck with my acne with the daily cleanser free trial. Once that small tube ran out I got a nice bunch of acne on my forehead. So I ordered more of the daily cleanser, and this acne brush head. This brush scrubbed my face and forehead so well that the acne actually dried up and turned to small dots of hard dead skin. I had never experienced anything like this, but now I have nearly a clear forehead, given more time I imagine I will be back to clear. So far so good!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from change your brush head! first you got to find the right brush head. the one that came with my kit was the sensitive one, it was great since the bristles are longer it was easier to get into the harder to reach places like the sides of my nose and when i got to close to eyelids by accident it didn't really hurt when a couple of the bristles went over them. However by accident i bought the normal brush head twin pack. i thought i'd be ok since my skin was used to the clarisonc brush, not. the bristle are shorter making it harder to reach places and it hurt when it went over my eyelid. also i notice that if you don't change to a new one in the 3-5 months you can get more pimples, so keep track of when you change them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the mia :) The day I received the claisonic mia, I put it to use. On the first day, I would suggest using it for a minute or LESS because it will shock your skin... but after the first day, my skin felt AMAZING. I have almost no black heads where I used to have hundreds, and my pores are way less visible. I still get acne, but those must be hereditary (both my parents had horrible acne at my age) because since using the brush daily the number of pimples have significantly been reduced. Now, I never have more than about three zits on my face at a time, before using this product I always had at least 15 bad zits at a time. If you have acne/rosacia prone skin only use the sensitive or delicate brush, I use the normal brush it came with on my body. Thank you for such a wonderful product, NOTHING works like the clarisonic :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IN love! I got this as a Christmas present and I LOVE IT!! I use it every morning and every night. My pores have shrunk and it's rare when I find a blackhead! I'm anxious to see how it works in the summer when my skin gets oily. I use it with whatever cleanser I feel like using. I even got my husband to use it and his skin looks amazing, also! My advise to the people who complain that it makes their skin freak out even more...GIVE IT TIME!! It's such a deep clean that it's getting all the gunk out of your pores. Be patient and you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft brush, gentle on skin The brush itself is definitely soft - I bought one of each brush except the normal and I would say the brush is about the same softness as the delicate. I've been fighting non-inflammatory acne for about a year and I am using a retinoid in combination with the Clarisonic (which was recommended by my derm). The only down side is I feel like it isn't the best at getting some of the dry skin off of my cheeks (where most of my acne is) or my nose. This could just be because the brush is too soft or something of that nature, I'm not completely sure. Otherwise, the brush is fantastic - doesn't feel too abrasive and doesn't dry my skin out. I do not have a problem with oily skin, so I can't speak to the quality of the brush reducing that.
