Rated 5 out of 5 by Ruck Have worn this brand and style for many years!
Basically, they are the same design and style as the British military are issued with for Tropical postings! As I said above I have worn this brand and style for many years. Do NOT drop this line! Luv em!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bruce Not exactly navy blue
Nice shorts, but they are more purple than navy blue. If you're looking for a crisp pair of navy shorts, you'll be disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Larrydh Not like the old Dockers
These same Dockers shorts about 4 or 5 years ago were much better. Old design had matching color waisband lining. Now the lining is white and waist is flimsy. The white peaks out from the rolling out of the waist. Seems like there's less belt loops too. The pockets are well desingned but now there is only a right side rear button. More cost cutting? I have found another brand that addresses the waist lining matching color. But they have their own problems. Your designers should make them like they used to. You'd have more happy buyers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by joseph001 mixed review: quality but heavier fabric and too long
I've bought Dockers shorts for many years and keep coming back. These are good quality and fit my waist as sized. I also appreciate the pleated front which is hard to find these days. I would buy these again.
My quibbles are that the inseam is longer than past Docker shorts. The cuff reaches my mid kneecap. At first that was annoying as it rides up/down as you move. I did not see any inseam information in the description.
A more general complaint is that the fabric is heavier than any other shorts I own;definitely not great summer weight but OK. There's no indication of fabric weight on these in the online description or generally on any Dockers (or other online shop). I have the same complaint for the trousers I buy here. You can't know how heavy the fabric is until you actually get them.
If you have a favorite pair of trousers it's hard to even order by product number since the numbers (and the product names) seem to change at least yearly.
