Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good fit or massager The wedge was the wrong shape to properly support someone lying down. You would need to put a pillow under your neck and head, or you were very uncomfortable. Also, the "massager" is nothing but a battery charged vibrator, which does little to nothing to relax or help you. The foam is very good quality, and if this incline is needed for some reason, it is very firm and steady. However, for us, the shape was not right...Hope someone makes one someday so my husband can sleep rather upright in the bed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a nice and tall bed wedge and is very firm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did exactly what was advertised Most impressed with the quality of the foam. Very sturdy and doesn't lose it's shape. I am a shoulder-tenser and can easily cut off circulation to one/both arm(s). This wedge helps with that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought this pillow to assist me with getting in and out of bed after surgery and it HAS met that need. The angle of the wedge is just right. However, it is quite firm and a softer outer layer would help. Additionally, while the massage feature feels good, it is too loud to be relaxing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Messager is a nice feature It seemed a little too firm for my back and the way it contoured to my back wasn't all that comfortable to me. And also thought it was a little pricey for a big chunk of foam. Sorry but I'm just being honest.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the product is short by 4" i'm considering a return of this product, as it is too short. i am 5'7" and it does not support my head. very bad design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hubby loves it! I bought this massager for my husband who suffers from back and shoulder aches daily due to work conditions, He loves the massager and says it soothes those aches and pains better than any other massager we have tried. It is very comfortable to lay on as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality. I was looking for a way to elevate my head at night without having to use the wedge that goes under the mattress. This product lifts the head as needed. It was necessary to add a pillows under my head and at each side to make it comfortable for the arms etc. It is somewhat narrow but adding the pillows made it work as needed.

Answer:
So, we can’t technically confirm this is 45 degrees, because it is an ergonomic design. As such, this isn’t an exact triangle to be able to identify an exact angle, but yes. The corner is roughly 95 degrees and has essentially a 45 degree and 60 degree side that the user can flip and choose between.
