Rated 5 out of 5 by Simple and serves it up hot! I read a lot of reviews about this single serve coffee maker before purchasing it online a week ago. There were a couple that weren't so good, but mostly they were very favorable. I wanted a unit that did not have the water reservoir, and also because of that, it does not take up much counter space at all. My coffee is hot and stays hot, and I love that it has the basket to use my own coffee preference, or I can use the K-Cups. The only downside I have had with my own coffee is the grounds in the bottom of my cup, and that may be because of the grind I am using. The final plus is that I got such a great deal on it by taking advantage of a special online discount code, so I couldn't be happier about the price! May 15, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by It wore out sooner than expected. I have had this single-cup coffee maker for a while and found that in order for me to snap the top down correctly, I have to insert the k-cup and press the k-cup down completely, piercing the cup. Then I have to use both hands to close the lid tightly. If I don't follow that procedure, it doesn't close down completely. I make 1-2 cups a day, so while it's annoying, it's not a deal breaker. Also, I did notice that when I am using ground coffee, iif I forget and press the upper brew start button (marked with a k-cup picture) instead of the lower half of the start button, I will get a mess. Evidently there is a pressure difference when the water is being forced through the k-cup rather than the open-top grounds cup. Otherwise, it does an okay job of brewing the coffee even though it is a little noisy when doing so. I would recommend it because of the small amount of counterspace it uses and it goes on sale fairly regularly. August 16, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pleased with my purchase I bought this coffee maker for college. I was looking for a simple, single-serve unit that would be easy to use and maintain in my dorm room. This item was on sale for a very reasonable price, and I decided to purchase it. Not only is it compatible with K-cups, but it also comes with an adapter so you can use your own coffee grounds. That is a major plus and money-saver for me! Other users have complained of leaking and spills, which concerned me at first. However, I have had none of those issues with this product. My only complaint is that it doesn't brew extremely strong coffee, but that is not a deal-breaker for me. Overall, this product has exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would certainly recommend this product to others. July 25, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Single serve Coffee pot I recently purchased a Cooks Single Serve coffee pot and I love it. works great and coffee is so good. thanks JC Penny August 15, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Design, Completely Broken <6 Months Later Pros: -Single Serve -Worked OK for cups before it broke Cons: -Broken in under 6 months of use, usually used once per day -Depending on the coffee you use, especially if you grind it yourself, it will overflow with grounds and you have to rinse it out (the whole unit not just the coffee holder) every time -This started working poorly after about 4 months of use, tried cleaning it, but didn't help -Had to tip the machine and remove the drip tray to get a mug in and out, which made a mess every time after brewing After this thing started dumping water on the counter top I decided to take it apart and figure out what I could in an attempt to clean it. I found that there is a small mesh filter in the top of the unit that got clogged with coffee grounds and is most likely the reason it was performing poorly. This must have cause the pump or tubing to break inside and now when it pumps, only half of the water gets to the cup, the other half leaks from the bottom. I was never impressed with the operation of the device, it worked ok for a while, but with it constantly overflowing with grounds and consistently retaining a coffee mess on the counter, I cannot recommend anyone to buy this. If you solely use k-cups this might be fine, but since we do not want to generate a massive amount of plastic waste, this is not for us. April 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by PERFECT I bought this on black Friday and seeing some of the reviews below after purchasing, I got a bit nervous. My product has been nothing less than perfect! I have had none of the problems a couple other reviewers mentioned (1 said k-cups broke and/or seal wasn't tight enough, another said they had overflow problems). I am thinking they may have an unfortunate lemon machine and should just simply exchange. My machine has been PERFECT with zero issues. My k-cups and ground coffee have been coming out perfect. Obviously don't fill above the max line and you won't have overflow problems. The machine is super easy to use, quick to clean, extremely small and fits perfectly on my small counter in my studio apartment. This is amazing and a brand-name keurig is so not needed. Rated 1 out of 5 by Fooled Me Twice I purchased this at the Palmdale store during their Thanksgiving sale so I could have a K-cup machine at my office. Tested it out on Friday morning and although it's getting power, it wouldn't brew coffee. I took it back Saturday and exchanged it for a new-looking box. Got that one home and opened the box. The power cord was just wound around the machine and it looked like it had been used before. A quick wipe with a napkin confirmed that this was previously owned. Buyer beware. Just because it's at the back of the top shelf doesn't mean it's new. Today I'm taking it back and getting a real Keurig...not at this store. November 29, 2015

I read the online manual and can't find what size drinks it will produce? Only that the water reservoir holds 14 ounces max.

We use this coffee maker daily.
Inside the reservoir on the right side, there are three steps for levels.
The top level has "15 oz MAX" marked on it.
Do Not fill over the top step.

Answer:
It produces as much water as you pour into the reservoir, but it is not manufactured to hold more than 14 oz. You can control the strength of one k-cup of coffee by the amount of water you add. If you like strong coffee, use 6 oz of water. Or if the k-cup coffee blend you're using is strong, it will tolerate more water. I like a medium roast k-cup with 8 oz. of water.
