Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way to hot!!!! I thought this would be a great slow cooker. I researched and chose this model over several others. I've had it for over a year now and it stinks. I can't put anything in before I go to work and leave it because it will overcook it even on the low setting and yes I put enough liquid in the bottom of it. It works great if I use it on the weekend and can set it for the exact time I need to cook it and then eat right away without it switching to the warm setting for to long. I wish it worked better and I am truly disappointed. I loved my previous Crock Pot but after years of using it the crock cracked and they no longer made that model so I could not replace it. I want my old one back, it cooked perfectly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too hot!!! I purchased this crock-pot last year because I wanted the larger 6 quart capacity. I've gone back to my older, but dependable crock-pot slow cooker. A slow cooker is supposed to cook food slowly over a long period of time. This crock-pot boils only. At the high setting, it boils. At the low setting, it boils. At the keep warm setting, it boils. There is no difference in temperature. Very disappointing...... I really wanted to use it while I was at work, but everything came out either burnt or over cooked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Imparts a terrible flavor in every dish What good is convenience if flavor is destroyed? Every dish I've ever made in this CrockPot results in the same terrible burnt flavor at the end. I've tried chili, curry, and soups; they all end with the same terrible flavor. The only success I've had is making food in other pots and then placing it in the CrockPot to stay warm. Clearly there is an issue with the heating element in this device or with the materials in the pot itself that it imparts this terrible taste. I've had the same result using both the low and high settings. I'm not satisfied, and it was a waste of money (and a lot of food). I'm now looking to purchase something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks to hot and stoneware has cracked I bought this 6 months ago, it burns foods even on low setting and even w/a crockpot liner. The stoneware has cracked as well and now leaks into the metal heating pot. Terribly sad because 5 out of 7 days I use for cooking since I am a mom that works outside the home. Now I have to invest in another...no money friendly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved it but now frustrated I utilize slow cooking crocks often so that despite my busing career, I still put fabulous healthy meals on the table for my family. I love the features on this crockpot. This is my second crockpot of this style and I thought it was a fluke when the first stoneware cracked, so I bought another and unfortunately this morning as I was about to put a tasty roast on, I discovered the stoneware that is only 6-9 months old is now also cracked. Sad day. No tender roast for this busy Monday. I plan to call the 1-800 # this evening as per another review post. I love you Crockpot, but you need to help a busy career mom out here. :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not real happy I bought this crock pot 4 months ago and noticed today that the pot itself had a crack all the way through it. It's been used maybe 10 times. Luckily I still have a crockpot that I got as a wedding gift back in 1997. I'm disappointed that now I have to order a replacement pot for the new crockpot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too hot! Worst crockpot I've ever used! It burns everything! Even on the keep warm setting it's running at over 200 degrees!! That'/ medium heat on a stove top burner! I hate that I wasted my money on this!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great but handles broke I purchased this unit a few years ago and love it but one of the handles broke and the other is cracked and they can't be replaced. For that I'm disappointed.
