Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not replace Very unhappy with this product. Only had it about seven months and may have used it approximately a dozen times. The crock-pot cracked across the entire pot. I have had crock-pots for thirty five years and never had one crack before. Very disappointed and will not buy this brand again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Imparts a terrible flavor in every dish What good is convenience if flavor is destroyed? Every dish I've ever made in this CrockPot results in the same terrible burnt flavor at the end. I've tried chili, curry, and soups; they all end with the same terrible flavor. The only success I've had is making food in other pots and then placing it in the CrockPot to stay warm. Clearly there is an issue with the heating element in this device or with the materials in the pot itself that it imparts this terrible taste. I've had the same result using both the low and high settings. I'm not satisfied, and it was a waste of money (and a lot of food). I'm now looking to purchase something else.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked great...until digital component died. We've been using our crockpot for over a year and have really liked it. The timer feature was one of the main reasons we picked this crockpot. Unfortunately the digital element broke today while we were cooking in it... huge bummer. Thankfully we noticed it was off within an hour so food was still warm and we could transfer to pot on stovetop. Would have been really sad if we hadn't noticed for hours. Gave fair rating because we liked it so much..but now it's unusable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too hot, burns every dish!! I received this as a Christmas gift, every single soup, dessert, casserole, meat, etc... I have made I'm this crockpot has burnt. I have even decreased the length I set it for cooking on low by 2 hrs and it still burns. There is something seriously wrong with the heating element. It's so disappointing because I really like the timer part but it means nothing when it ruins all the food. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved it but now frustrated I utilize slow cooking crocks often so that despite my busing career, I still put fabulous healthy meals on the table for my family. I love the features on this crockpot. This is my second crockpot of this style and I thought it was a fluke when the first stoneware cracked, so I bought another and unfortunately this morning as I was about to put a tasty roast on, I discovered the stoneware that is only 6-9 months old is now also cracked. Sad day. No tender roast for this busy Monday. I plan to call the 1-800 # this evening as per another review post. I love you Crockpot, but you need to help a busy career mom out here. :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a happy customer Have only owned this product for about 5 months and learned immediately there is not a big difference in "warm" and "high". The stone insert ended up cracking and breaking the last time we used on "warm" to keep mashed potatoes warm for a dinner. Just thankful it was of solid substance and didn't happen with a pot full of roast and juice when we were away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warm Setting is the hottest setting If I want this crock-pot to boil within 30 minutes all I have to do is use the warm setting. The high setting is hot, the low setting is hot, and the warm setting is the hottest. I don't dare leave this unit unattended and consequently rarely use it. I have to rely on my older and smaller slow cooker when I want to cook a slow cooker meal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks way too hot! Boils on High, on Low and even on Keep Warm!!! This can't be right! Luckily, I have an old crockpot, but I like the fact that this will "supposedly" go to a Keep Warm setting if I can't get home in time to turn it off. Does the company have a fix for this???
