Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed I use this product frequently and was really happy with it at first. But recently, the ceramic bowl cracked while cooking, this was after one of the locking devices became disconnected and dangles when not engaged. August 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for travel! I love my new Crock-Pot! It's great for potluck dinners where I can easily transport the pot with the attachable lid. August 30, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Old version This is an old version & not programmable. Don't buy August 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by crockpots rock! I've never been without at least one in my kitchen. August 19, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by great crock-pot I love my crock-pot. I had an old one that was around 10 years old and the programming buttons would stick. I figured I needed a new one. I like the fact that it is black. ( old one was white ) same size as my old one but it had a great sealed cover. Old one did not have that. August 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality! Just when warranty ran out, stone wear cracked during cooking!  Having owned several through the years, I've never had one crack while cooking!  Had to pay 1/2 the price of a new crockpot for a replacement stone wear. July 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Crockpot My husband and I got this as a wedding gift almost three years ago. He uses it at least 2-3 times every week for meal prep and it's so convenient and easy to use. It cooks evenly and he loves being able to set the timer and not worry about things getting over cooked. We have had no issues with any malfunctions, rust, or any other issues described by other reviews. The only issue we've had is that I recently dropped the lid and it shattered! Luckily they offer a replacement for a very fair and reasonable price. June 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Home cooked real meals again. So, I grabbed this 7 QT up and could not be happier. As a busy single Dad, this is now providing 4 of 7 dinners each week simply because I can load up the stoneware the night before. In the morning I just pull the loaded stoneware out of the refrigerator and drop it in the pot, set it and when I come home dinner is ready. June 16, 2016
