Rated 2 out of 5 by Therese liner breaks
I have has 2 of these, work great, but the crock liner keeps cracking. I have spoken to Crock Pot and the liners are out of stock and they just tell you thanks for letting them know about the problem. Many people on their website report the same issues with the liner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BusyLady Great help for the busy parent or working person.
I have had several Crock Pots in my many years as a working mother and educator. I can't say enough about the Crock Pot and the wonderful, nutritious meals that it prepared for my family with limited prep-work and time on my part. Thank you to the ingenious individuals who originally invented it and to those individuals who continually tweak it to meet our needs.
My Crock Pot is probably an earlier model than the one shown as I have had mine for several years. I have one small question. Where can one purchase genuine replacement crocks as my current pot seems to have a hair-line crack on the bottom which has not yet penetrated the interior of the bowl? At any rate, the base is good, and I just want a new crock. Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by ACANNON99 Very nice Crock Pot
I have this CrockPot. It is really nice. I like that it has a large 6 quart capacity because I have a big family. The features on the front are easy to understand and use. My only complaint is that I which the ceramic wasn't black. It is hard to tell whether it is clean or not - espcially when it is wet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Foolmeonce Should have tested it when I first got it.
Had this cooker for a few years and used it infrequently. It always seemed to take longer than expected to cook food. I thought this was because it was the first programmable one I had ever used. However, I really suspected something was wrong when black-eyed peas would not soften. Next was having to finish corned beef and potatoes in the oven after 8 hours in the crock-pot. Contacted company and instructed to test it with water and a thermometer. Temp should have reached at least 200, mine didn't make it past 185. So I suspect it never worked correctly but of course the warranty was over. My old manual Hamilton Beach still works great, but it is smaller and I wanted the automatic switch to warm of the programmable. I will try another of this model and test it immediately. If it doesn't reach temp it's going back. I am giving it 2 stars because it is the kind of item that should work right the first time and for many years after.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris38 This poduct has an appealing look.
I have used crock pots for over 20 years. Recently the crock pot that I had used for over 10 years stopped working and I wanted to replace it with another. While at the store this crock pot really caught my eye and I was anxious to use a digital version. Unfortunately, this has been the worst crock pot I have ever used. On recipes that I have used for years to cook on low for 8 to 10 hours this crock pot will not finish cooking the product. I cooked a roast and vegtables which in the past would be tender and ready to eat after 8 hours. It cooked over 12 hours and was not done at all. I ended up having to place the pot on high and let it cook for an additional 2 hours. The plastic lid is very thin and doesn't seal off very well. I am dissapointed after spending so much money on this crock pot and I am about to replace it. At this point I am looking to find any brand of crockpot that has a glass top and hope it works much better than this one has. The digital option did not impress me at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Betty A kitchen essential
I would not want to go a month without my crock pot. I use it every week at least once, usually more. The features I like the most is it doesn't heat up my kitchen and it knows to switch from cook to warm at the end of the programmed cycle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by nitas01 Feet too hot!
This is about my 5th crock pot. I thought the name would guarantee me a great product. However the feet on this one get very very hot, I would be afraid to place it anywhere but on a surface made for hot items. The handles also get very hot. Had I use it (I kept it too long b4 using) I would have returned it immediately
