Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love Love my Cuisinart!!! I purchased this product in red to match all my other small kitchen appliances. At first I was a little worried about purchasing this coffee maker after reading previous reviews, but Im glad I didnt listen. I have no problems with it dripping or with the auto 30 minute shut off feature! Im the only coffee drinker in my house and this was the perfect solution. Im so glad I didnt purchase one of those huge bulky coffee makers I really didnt need. Also it says it requires #2 cone shaped coffee cups but the standard works just fine. Overall great buy!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Aggravating The pros and cons- first impression is that it is that the basket and carafe are quite lightweight and cheaply made. next - Oooh! the horrifific plastic tatste and smell of the coffee for, at least the first 25 brewing cycles which is sickening! Vinegar cycles, thorough washing-I tried it all. Very flimsey spring on the brew-stop feature. Kept having to reposition the carafe to stop it from dripping. Also, remember that this heats the coffee for 30 minutes after brewing. Should take note of this and buy a glass carafe which can go into the dishwasher. Most stainless steel carafes vacuum seal. ... Do not bother emailing Cuininart, either because they do not respond. Now the positives: Nice wide opening on the carafe which makes cleaning very easy. Brews decent tasting coffee once the very bad taste and smell goes away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product, but it broke for no reason I bought this coffeemaker to replace my previous one which was lost in a house fire. It is a compact size and design that fits my small kitchen space well and is just right for one-person usage. I like the stainless steel carafe as opposed to glass. The machine is not very durable, however. After just a few uses, the lid broke. The tiny pin that holds the hinge of the lid onto the machine came off. I was not careless with the machine and feel I did nothing to cause the breakage. Something that is used regularly should not be so fragile. It seems to be a design defect. I will probably return it, and am not sure if I'll get a new one for fear that it will break also. The problem is, however, I like the the features of the Cuisinart better than any four-cup maker on the market.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Design Features Usually a good brand but several poor design features. Difficult to fill because of placement of brewing mechanism and pouring spout is too narrow so you must poor VERY slowly or it will spill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CUISINART 4 CUP COFFEE MAKER I picked up my cute little red coffee maker this afternoon and have used it twice already and absolutely LOVE IT! The only thing you might want to watch (the first time you use it) is that the carafe gets hot on the outside.I didn't expcet that because I thought it was going to be a thermal pot.My mistake...I didn't pay attention when I read the description,I guess.I was thinking of taking it back because I wanted a thermal pot but changed my mind ...I really like it!!! I know now not to touch the little pot so there's no reason not to keep it.I don't understand why some people have complained about it being hard to fiil and that it dribbles when pouring??? It fills and pours great and without one little dribble.I love it and and am very happy I chose it :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The good, the bad and the tricky lid I have used this coffee maker for a month now and am pleased with it. The bad things I have found are the size and initial smell of the plastic material. It is somewhat smaller than I needed but will do for now. The smell did go away or either I just got use to it. The good thing I discovered is the pot itself NEVER drips when pouring. Goes into the mug only and not on the counter or down the pot. Now the tricky part. The lid on the pot is not hinged like ALL other pots I thought I had broken it when I finally learned the trick to open it .The instructions do not mention this or else I missed that part. You simply pull straight up on the back of the lid to remove. Aside from the lid the coffee taste wonderful to me and I look forward to every cup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So excited when I found this! My significant other loves instant coffee (yuck) so I would always stop on the way to work for coffee instead of using our large coffee maker just for me. This is the absolutely perfect size ! I LOVE IT! I don't have to worry about turning it off with the 30-minute timer and it also takes up less space on the counter. This simply makes my life easier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great purchase Just got my Cuisinart and it is a nice little coffee pot. Brews just enough coffee for me. The quality is very good and is what I expect from a name brand like Cuisinart. I do not understand the other reviews that say when pouring coffee it goes everywhere but in the cup. I have no problem with it at all. I consider it a very good purchase and at a great price.

?Do you have this model, or any other in Pink?

Same item is very popular in 12 cup Pink. Please let me know if available.

I have the 4 cup stainless steel model. It is perfect for my needs. It doesn't drip or spill when I am pouring as many coffeepots do. It seems to made quite well, not like other glass models (different brands) that I have had in the past. And it is decent looking, don't mind having it out on the counter even when not in use. I had a little trouble with the first pot as the lid fits a little different but once I figured that out, it works perfectly.
