Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good size for 2 people This little unit is compact, easy to use and to clean, and fairly easy to store on a book-deep shelf. We used only a couple of inches of oil to deep-fry fish and artichoke hearts, and both came out crispy and relatively low in oiliness. This fryer beats one we owned years ago that was bigger and more of a mess to clean!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This; Compact but not too compact! I love the shape of this deep fryer. I've had multiple deep fryers and this one definitely stands far above the rest. I love fish and I can pull full size fillets (have to cut them in half for round fryers) and a whole catfish - yum! It comes with a basket, but you do not have to use the basket, it works great with a spatula. I love the filter too so that the house doesn't smell like I just fried food. Great buy, I should buy another one ... just in case this one breaks! Stores great too because of the rectangle size - awesome purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for fish and french fries! I had been looking for a deep fryer that didn't take a lot of oil and was size appropriate for 2 people. This fryer was perfect and the fish came out great. I would highly recommend this fryer for cooking small amounts for 2 people and not use a lot of oil.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a terrific little fryer This is a great little fryer. I fried 72 egg rolls in it and did not have to add any oil, doing 6 egg rolls at a time; they only took 3 minutes at a batch to cook perfectly. It is easy to clean and does not make the house smell of fried foods. I would recommend this for anyone who does not need to fry large items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very nice little fryer It is a very nice fryer for as small as it appears. It takes up very little counter space and yet does a good job. It fries quickly and completely. Don't overload it and it works perfectly. For one or two people it is more than adequate. Highly recommended.

How easy is it to clean? Can you take the oil reservoir out to clean it?

Asked by: Artfull50
No, you cannot take the oil reservoir out, but I found after the oil cools (which takes about two hours), you can pour out the oil (there is a neat pour spout) and wipe the inside out well with paper towels. Then I poured soapy water inside and washed it well, poured out the soapy water and put in rinse water, and then poured that out and wiped the fryer dry. The instruction book tells you to make sure you do not get water inside the fryer housing.
