Our salesperson was attentive to our needs, very pleasant, smiled, and was happy to be helping us. I am sure it was probably a long day for her but you would never have known it. It was important to her to help us place our order to meet our wants and needs. Her helpful attitude and pleasant nature made the whole shopping experience. i would go back just to have her help us. The sales associate makes or breaks my opinion of the store, and if I will go back or not. Hats off to Maureen Callahan for exceeding our expectations. She should be recognized for the very professional way in which she represents J.C. Penny.

Actually, this product and Penny's follow up has been terrible. Since placing order on 2/20 no order update has been given other than fulfillment will be made sometime in May. No idea who the manufacturer is, what type of warranty is offered, or where the product is coming from. Very disappointed in lack of information given for such an expensive order. Historically, Penny's follow up customer service was never of this caliber.
