I bought this a month ago and already the canister broke. The little button that you lift to empty it broke so now I have a rubber band holding it together. It has good suction but the out put hole that leads to the canister gets all tangled with the dirt and stays there and does not go into the canister. Then the canister has to be clean all the time even though there is hardly nothing in it. Because it gets all clogged up at the exit point.
I think it is a design problem.

I wanted a light weight vac for hard floors. It seemed it would be but it is awkward because the top is heavy even though overall the vac is light. The vac plugs up at the top of the bag less area and gets very hot and honestly you are just running the vac around with the thing getting hotter. The bag less part is very difficult to remove and empty. I have to have someone else get the thing open to empty it. This thing can't pick up a peanut skin or little pieces of paper off a hard floor. Very disappointed with this product. The attachments are useless and clunky - they just take up space in the closet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by geno70 Great little vacume with a few problems to iron out
Bought this unit because it is easy to handle not noisy and has half the features in the box. For the most part I like this unit, the manual says there are three other tools that are optional a fan tool, powered wand andpowered carpet nozzle. I came to this website to find their price and low and behold Dirt Devil has found a way to rob you without a gun.each piece is about $50. dollars. Thats more then the price of the vacume. Automotive companies sell features ever try buying features by the part, Someone in marketing should go back to School.I figured I could buy all the parts for around $50.00 and would have done it now it will be returned to where I purchased it. Other things that should be improved are some kind of heat deflector as it throws ou plenty at your arm. The powered stair tool moves too easily It was hard cleaning the one throw rug I have in my home and the pivot extension tool pivots too easily when you are using it.

Bought this from Target a month ago, after having returned a Shark model as it was too heavy & hard to push. This seemed like an ideal vacuum as I have just moved into a 4 room apartment from an 8 room house & had gotten rid of my heavy tank type vacuum when I moved. It works well but I find that the exhaust, which is in the handle with the dust bin, gets very hot. It also turns off automatically when it overheats & the whole thing needs 30 mins to cool down before you can continue cleaning. It's also rather heavy on the arm & shoulder, as it's what you are holding onto & fighting gravity while in use. I am an 83 yr old female & would recommend a tank type vacuum, with nothing but a wand & floor cleaner attachment to push & pull. I will continue to use this model but not happily, especially as right now I am waiting for it to cool down so I can continue cleaning.

Bought this based on its design and features and a couple of reviews saying 'it works great on dog hair". I tested it out for about 10 minutes and found it to be totally worthless. First, the powered floor brush simply wrapped the dog hair around itself to the point the entire brush and nozzle was a solid pack of dog hair preventing anything from being vacuumed up. Next I found that nothing went into the actual dirt canister. It all got clogged up in the little vortex area. The vortex is what's supposed to make it bagless (separating the dirt from the exhaust air). This one doesn't work with dog hair, that's for sure! I carefully took the unit apart, cleaned it as well as I could, repacked it, and will take it back to store... pretending I never opened it. I usually don't do that sort of thing, but this was a total worthless ripooff.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dana50 Disappointing do not buy this product.
I bought this product over a month ago and am very disappointed with it. 1. It does not have very good suction and misses a lot of the small dirt, crumbs on the floor. 2. It gets very hot while using it. 3. It is very difficult to switch to the various attachments. I have to wrestle with it. 4. Hair gets stuck around the brush. I need to clean that after each use. I get scissors to cut the hair and then pull it out. 5. Emptying it, I need to reach my hand in the canister to pull the dirt out. 6. The cord is short 7. It is awkward to use. Doesn't feel comfortable while vacuuming. 8. It is time consuming to empty canister, pull out hair from brush and switch attachments. Way more trouble than its worth since it doesn't do a good job with picking up the dirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thomasortega It's better than expensive Dysons and Sharks!
It's my second vacuum cleaner here in the US. The first was a Dirt Devil Power Duo, which is excellent and now this little monster helps me keeping my apartment super clean.
The First 360° Reach i bought had a telescopic wand that didnt have the electric connectors for the power nozzle, so I returned it and got a superior version of the same vacuum at Target. It's wand isn't telescopic but it's long enough to reach everything i need to and it has the electric connectors, so I can use the power nozzle with a brushroll to clean carpets instead of only stairs and upholstery..
The device is super lightweight and comfortable to use. The attachments are well designed and do what they're supposed to do. The power is a good surprise. It's not as powerful as full size vacuums but it's far from being weak. It's just perfect for all cleaning jobs if you live in a small apartment or house and I really mean it. Cleaning from floors to ceiling is much easier with it.
The only negative point is not exactly the product, but the model I've chosen. I really wanted the version that comes with the ceiling fan attachment and she shoulder strap but I simply couldn't find it locally and I don't like to shop online.
As I tried two versions of the same vacuum, I can tell the difference on the power nozzles. The smaller is great for uphostery and smaller surfaces while the wider power nozzle is very good for upholstery and perfect for floors.
The filtration is very good for my needs (no allergy, so i don't really need a HEPA filter) and the dustcup is super easy to clean. It's small and it fills up fast, but again, i remind you it's a stick vacuum, not a full size one and cleaning it doesn't take more than a few seconds and can be done with a push of a button. No mess at all!
The unit heats up and I can feel the handle warm, but it doesn't annoy me and after 1 hour of constant use it may turn off because it will overheat if the filters aren't clean but i almost never have to use it for over 1 hour. A bit of common sense also counts. It's a stick vacuum clearly designed for light duties that goes much beyond that and can easily deal with medium duties and even some heavy duties but it's not a commercial vacuum cleaner designed to work non stop for several hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Proud mom Very happy, but a couple questions....
Bought this tonight and i love it! Easy and light to handle, but disappointed it didn't have the stair tool, the fan tool or the extension pole. We're these piece supposed to come in the box or are they extra?
