Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great little vacume with a few problems to iron out Bought this unit because it is easy to handle not noisy and has half the features in the box. For the most part I like this unit, the manual says there are three other tools that are optional a fan tool, powered wand andpowered carpet nozzle. I came to this website to find their price and low and behold Dirt Devil has found a way to rob you without a gun.each piece is about $50. dollars. Thats more then the price of the vacume. Automotive companies sell features ever try buying features by the part, Someone in marketing should go back to School.I figured I could buy all the parts for around $50.00 and would have done it now it will be returned to where I purchased it. Other things that should be improved are some kind of heat deflector as it throws ou plenty at your arm. The powered stair tool moves too easily It was hard cleaning the one throw rug I have in my home and the pivot extension tool pivots too easily when you are using it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Suction, Very Quite **I will start this review with a disclaimer. I did receive this for free from a contest Dirt Devil had on Facebook. However, that in NO WAY influenced how I feel about this.**  This is a great little machine. It performs very well. I'm used to Dirt Devils being very loud. When I was growing up, my grandmother had a Dirt Devil Vision (I miss that thing so much!) it was loud. I have a Dirt Devil Jaguar Power Stick that my grandmother got me 12 years ago, it is sooooo loud. So I was expecting this to be loud, however it is not. It is quieter than an other vacuum I own (I am a vacuum collector so I have many)  The Swipes is awesome! It's is basically a Swifter with suction. It can pick up very large pieces of debris such as dog food and cheerios without snow-plowing them. At the same time, it dusts the floor. Try to pick up flower with your old vacuum, then use this to pick up flour. This will leave the floor spotless where as your old vacuum will not get the particles that are stuck down to the floor. It is better than a Swifter, because the Swipes pad is washable and reusable. It only comes with one, but you can get them really cheap at Walmart.  The motorized brush has a cover that flips so you can clean the treads of your steps very easily. My stairs get vacuumed once a week with my Dyson DC40 and the tangle free turbine. I used this on my steps, and there was a lot of fine powder that the Dyson missed and there was also quite a bit of dog and cat hair that it pulled up.  The dusting brush, combined with the very long extension wand, and the pivoting tool is great at cleaning the ceiling fans! I am short, but now with this I can clean my ceiling fans very easily.  This seems like it would be great in the car, the weather has been horrible recently so I haven't been able to take it outside to use in the car but I will once the weather breaks. I'm sure it will be great in there.  Oh, I forgot to mention the cord is very long. 27' feet!! It is longer than most of the full size uprights that I have.  I do have one complaint with this which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I have really bad allergies and this doesn't have a very good filter. I sneeze when I use this. If it had a HEPA filter it would have a 5 star rating. But over all, this is an excellent machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just about perfect! Just used this for the first time and I am very pleased. It did a wonderful job on all the tile and wood floors. The wood work cleaning feature is sooo cool. I loved the fan cleaner attachment. We have four ceiling fans and cleaning them always meant a headful of dust. I have one minor complaint...how about a real dusting tool?!? You know , for the furniture. Round, bristles the old fashioned one. I tried some from my other vacs and nothing fit. I would love that. The bullet shaped one you give is just not what I need. But all in all, I am pleased and would highly recommend this to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the 360 Reach I am very happy I purchased the Reach 360 Dirt Devil! It does a great job reaching hard to clean areas like under coffee tables and around chair legs. This product is a dream come true-- great attachments and wonderful storage bag for all extra partsI I highly recommend this vacuum! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's better than expensive Dysons and Sharks! It's my second vacuum cleaner here in the US. The first was a Dirt Devil Power Duo, which is excellent and now this little monster helps me keeping my apartment super clean. The First 360° Reach i bought had a telescopic wand that didnt have the electric connectors for the power nozzle, so I returned it and got a superior version of the same vacuum at Target. It's wand isn't telescopic but it's long enough to reach everything i need to and it has the electric connectors, so I can use the power nozzle with a brushroll to clean carpets instead of only stairs and upholstery.. The device is super lightweight and comfortable to use. The attachments are well designed and do what they're supposed to do. The power is a good surprise. It's not as powerful as full size vacuums but it's far from being weak. It's just perfect for all cleaning jobs if you live in a small apartment or house and I really mean it. Cleaning from floors to ceiling is much easier with it. The only negative point is not exactly the product, but the model I've chosen. I really wanted the version that comes with the ceiling fan attachment and she shoulder strap but I simply couldn't find it locally and I don't like to shop online. As I tried two versions of the same vacuum, I can tell the difference on the power nozzles. The smaller is great for uphostery and smaller surfaces while the wider power nozzle is very good for upholstery and perfect for floors. The filtration is very good for my needs (no allergy, so i don't really need a HEPA filter) and the dustcup is super easy to clean. It's small and it fills up fast, but again, i remind you it's a stick vacuum, not a full size one and cleaning it doesn't take more than a few seconds and can be done with a push of a button. No mess at all! The unit heats up and I can feel the handle warm, but it doesn't annoy me and after 1 hour of constant use it may turn off because it will overheat if the filters aren't clean but i almost never have to use it for over 1 hour. A bit of common sense also counts. It's a stick vacuum clearly designed for light duties that goes much beyond that and can easily deal with medium duties and even some heavy duties but it's not a commercial vacuum cleaner designed to work non stop for several hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my hardwood floors I purchased this vacuum for my hardwood floors which I didn't want to get scratched--it works wonderfully. The 360 pulls up the dirt from between the spaces & is light enough I can easily maneuver at 65 years old. The microfiber pad is soft yet still allows the vacuum to pull dirt in. While we don't have any pets I have long hair & haven't seen a strand on the floor since using. I had to get this model because it has such a nice long cord. Hubby used it on the ceiling fan blades & he said it worked wonderfully--know dust floating through the air.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Bought this from Target a month ago, after having returned a Shark model as it was too heavy & hard to push. This seemed like an ideal vacuum as I have just moved into a 4 room apartment from an 8 room house & had gotten rid of my heavy tank type vacuum when I moved. It works well but I find that the exhaust, which is in the handle with the dust bin, gets very hot. It also turns off automatically when it overheats & the whole thing needs 30 mins to cool down before you can continue cleaning. It's also rather heavy on the arm & shoulder, as it's what you are holding onto & fighting gravity while in use. I am an 83 yr old female & would recommend a tank type vacuum, with nothing but a wand & floor cleaner attachment to push & pull. I will continue to use this model but not happily, especially as right now I am waiting for it to cool down so I can continue cleaning.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from could be better I bought this a month ago and already the canister broke. The little button that you lift to empty it broke so now I have a rubber band holding it together. It has good suction but the out put hole that leads to the canister gets all tangled with the dirt and stays there and does not go into the canister. Then the canister has to be clean all the time even though there is hardly nothing in it. Because it gets all clogged up at the exit point. I think it is a design problem.
