Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Looking Pants These Dockers pants are very stylish, considering they are marketed as comfortable tough pants. The zipper pocket on one side leg is a neat idea. I found that a waist size two inches less than my actual waist fits best and gives a slimmer look overall. The length is fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone has a different physique. These pants fit mine very well. Very comfortable. I purchased on line. Good price and quick delivery.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great in concept, fair in execution. I wanted relaxed but not "teen look" pants with an unobtrusive cargo pocket for my cell phone. These filled the bill. Upside: good fit, comfortable, well-made. Downside: the pocket linings are not the same color as the pants, and are quite visible. The flaps on the back pockets flip upward on the edges and make the wearer look like he's flown through a wind tunnel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice cargo pants I purchased these for my neat-freak husband who usually dresses like Pat Boon. Surprise, surprise, he loves them. The cargo pockets are slightly pleated and hang near the body rather than ballooning out like some I have seen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top qualty pants I work in hospital food service and find these are great fitting durable pants that don't fall apart. If you want great utility pants these are it with the best bang for your buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding product This is the second pair I got. The first I bought at Fred Meyer a couple of years ago, when I was still a 38 - 34. I couldn't find a 40-34 at the store so I ordered on line. I am a true fan of cargo pants. You can dress them up (to business casual) or dress them down. As cargos go, these dockers are probably the best I had. The elastic band is a genius idea, because it accommodates for some waist variation. They wear well, do not wrinkle to much if you carry them in the suitcase. I will continue buying them as long as dockers produces the same model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable and drape well. I bought these pants for a holiday in Sri Lanka. I wanted to travel light and needed a pair of pants instead of wearing jeans and could be worn with a T-shirt for day time sight seeing, but with a collared shirt during the evening when neat casual was required. They looked good both ways. They performed well in the warm temperature of Sri Lanka and I was impressed by the the elastic waist. Would buy another pair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from these pants has good features These pants are made well and will probably last a long time. they are thick enough to be warm in the winter.

I am tall and skinny. I want a 31x34 but they make 31x32 and 32x34. Any suggestions?

    Answer:
I would get the smaller size. I found that a waist size two inches smaller than my actual waist looks and feels best - but I'm a lot fatter than you (36")!

    Answer:
It would make the pants bigger when the elastic is engaged. If you are skinny then don't get these with the elastic waist. Just buy them in regular.

    Answer:
I bought my husband 38X29, his usual size, and they fit well. The pants are stretched somewhat to fit his usual 38 waist so I would say your 31 waist would be fine in a 32 but there would be no stretching.

    Answer:
I'm 6'4" and a 40 waist is lose and a 38 waist is tight and the 38" Dockers fit perfect around my waist because of the elastic. I hope that helps.

    Answer:
Makes them equal or larger. My old 34s regular pants are all to tight since I gained weight a couple years ago, but these old stretch waist pants in the 34 still fit pretty well. Still better getting your size as the waste is elastic is best kept as reserve for the "let the belt out a notch" meals, etc. Also as the waist expands the white pockets liners start to show a bit more.

    Answer:
No, not at all. They fit me like all of my other pants of the same size. The elastic is nice in it just expands the waste a little if needed.

    Answer:
No, just the opposite. The elastic makes the waist size larger.
