If your new furniture covered by this Limited Product Warranty becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal residential use, and you cannot correct the stain or damage using the provided products and/or procedures, we'll clean, repair or replace the affected portion or the complete item with the same or a similar item having a retail purchase price less than or equal to the original purchase price of the affected item.

To obtain service, the owner must report the incident within seven (7) days from the date the stain or damage occurs at the toll free number of 1-877-844-1763. Please have your invoice and warranty certificate available when calling.

If your BedGard Mattress Protector becomes permanently stained, we'll replace it. If the mattress is stained through the BedGard Mattress Protector and the stain cannot be removed using the products and procedures we provide, we'll send a professional to clean the stain. If the stain can't be removed, we'll provide a merchandise voucher to use toward the purchase of a mattress of equal value.

No co-pays or deductibles are required, and the Plan is transferable if you decide to sell your product before the plan expires.

First, contact the JCPenney Purchase Protection Plan administrator through the toll-free customer service line for basic troubleshooting and referrals. JCPenney Purchase Protection Plan provides three unique plan types with different procedures. Plan types available depend upon product purchased. Below are details on how each plan type works:
Replacement Service:
Should the JCPenney Purchase Protection Plan toll-free customer service determine that a replacement is necessary, the Plan will provide materials to ship the defective product to the address specified for inspection. The Plan will pay for all shipping expenses. After we determine that the product is defective, the JCPenney Purchase Protection Plan will issue a JCPenney Gift Card for a replacement product. At that time your contract will be considered fulfilled.
