This warranty excludes wear or alteration to the case, strap or bracelet, and crystal: as well as, by water damage (unless marked "water resistant"). This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. Should warranty service be required, please fill out the RELIC Service Request Form and send your watch to: O.P.I. Service Center 2155 Campbell Creek Blvd. Richardson, Texas 75082 1-800-842-8621 We recommend you use insured service and include the following: * Copy of sales receipt * Description of the problem * Check, money order or credit card information for $7.00 to cover shipping and handling. No implied warranties, including merchant warranties, shall apply to this product for any period meyond the twelve (12) year term of this written warranty. Under no circumstance shall Relic be liable for anyincidental damages sustained in connection with this product. Any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for this product. Some states, however, do not allow the exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or allow the exclusion of identical or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty You may have your watch refurbished by sending the watch and a check money order, or credit card information for desired replacement parts.
