Borderfree will refund the merchandise price, shipping charges, and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. You will be refunded for the products being returned once we process the contents of the received parcel(s).
