4-7 business day delivery: Home delivery: most orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.
jcp store delivery: If you choose to have your item shipped to a jcp store or jcp express center, most orders are ready for pick-up in 4-7 business days
3 business day delivery: Home delivery only: for orders placed prior to 6:00pm CST. Orders are shipped UPS. UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area.

gift delivery Some items are shipped in original manufacturer boxes and the product may be displayed on the carton. jcp offers gift boxes or bags for most of our products. Plastic jcp gift cards are sent by USPS and usually arrive a week after ordering. e-gift cards are emailed to you, within about 12 hours. Learn more about jcp gift cards/e-gift cards here.
manufacturer-shipped items Manufacturer-shipped items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer, and may take extra delivery time. Check the item’s product page for estimated delivery time or call customer service at 1.800.322.1189 for more information.
trucked furniture and other large items Some heavy or bulky items cannot be delivered via UPS, USPS or FedEx. These items are delivered via truck—for a $49 flat fee, we will deliver every trucked item in your order to one location whether that is your home, office, dorm, or a jcpenney store, regardless of the number of items. Ordering a mattress or baby furniture? Great news—the cost of delivery is included in the price; no additional fees are required to deliver to your home. You will be contacted 7 to 14 business days from the time your item is shipped to schedule a delivery appointment. Please check the item’s product page for specific delivery methodology.
jcp vip delivery With items delivered via jcp vip delivery, we don't just drop your furniture at the door. We pre-inspect the item before it's delivered, making sure it's perfect for you. Then our experienced vip delivery service team will deliver your new furniture inside your home, where they’ll carefully unpack each item, place it in your room of choice, and assemble as needed. Our vip delivery service team will also remove all packing materials, leaving you with nothing but a beautiful room and your new furniture.
Ordering a mattress? The cost of delivery is included in the price; no additional fees are required to deliver to your home.
room of choice service Items delivered via room of choice service will be delivered in their original packaging to a room of your choice, and you can take it from there—pre-inspection and assembly not included.
other All other trucked items are not eligible for jcp vip delivery or room of choice service. These items will be delivered to your door, and you can take it from there—pre-inspection and assembly not included.
