Used one time so far (limited due to present busy schedule). Combined apples and peaches (less ripe, for harder core)-love the taste. Even though used harder peaches, still resulted in thick pulp, which we were expecting anyway. Will eventually get around to experimenting with more hard fruit and with veggies for a greener blend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sblondeau Excellent concentrated juice
I previously used a Juiceman Jr, centrifugal machine, which just quit working after years of use, and wanted a juicer that didn't waste as much of the vegetables. I also tried a Fusion Juicer, centrifugal, which was worthless- didn't produce much juice and used a ton of veges just to make a couple of ounces of juice.
I purchased the 8007 Omega masticating juicer.
So far, while it takes a little longer to prepare the juice, I am quite pleased. The pulp is practically dry as it exits the machine, as the juicer seems to utilize all the available moisture from the vegetables. I am really glad to be able to get the most out of the vegetables I juice and not feel like I'm just blowing massive amounts of pulp into the garbage. It's the best juicer I've owned and I like that it can process wheat grass and that it also serve as a food processor, though I have not tried this feature yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nicole Love my new Omega!!
I got this Omega because the old Juicer i have does not extract all the juice out of the fruits and vegetables.Plus it is a mess to clean up.This Omega on the other hand is very easy to clean..easy to assemble and quiet.
The only thing, i did not like so far from using it just one time..is that it shakes little while juicing perhaps, i did not attach nozzle into the front part too well so i will have to check that the next time, i juice.
Also..I had to cut up fruits and veggies smaller to fit into the tube shoot...to feed into the grinder.Which took juicing much longer time wise.Plus..when you use this juicer..always use the fruits that are hard..if you do not..then Alternate between the softer fruits and veggies to harder ones..Which makes the extraction at the end better to keep things moving and not get the machine feeding tube clogged up.
Other than that..I am excited to have this juicer and hope to have it for a long long time.
I will say that i have read that you cannot put the rinds/skins of Oranges and Lemons into the grinder also, Coconut. It breaks the grinder..since it is plastic.
Avoid those things to juice in this Omega.
However, i did use 1/2 of a lemon with the rind and it was able to grind without a problem.I did cut it into very small pieces which i am sure helped.Do not run Omega for long..Take time to stop and start ..Do not run machine for more than 30 mins long when juicing.Always take time..and let machine relax and rest..to avoid any parts from cracking ..I have read many reviews and people have had issues with the grinder or blank cracking or wearing down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jsg1706 Not good for everyday juicing
I've bought this in May and already had 4 juicing screen replacements and I only use wheatgrass in it
I'm ready to return and try another brand
The send the juicing screens but you have to wait received it to start juicing again
I would not recommend this for everyday wheatgrass juicing

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ilovejesus1 Quality Juicer, Reliable, Efficient and Affordable
I've had my 8006 for nearly four years now and it's been with me everywhere. I've worked with the Norwalk Juicer, the Nutrifast Juicer, a few Brevilles and I have always remained very pleased with this juicer because of its efficiency and quality in comparison to the others. The only (minor) "con" I could list would be while juicing pineapple; It produces a lot of foam for whatever reason and the pulp seems to often get trapped in the drum. For everything else aside, every fruit and veggie under the sun, they all work great with this juicer. If choosing this juicer, have awareness that you'll have to cut your produce up in smaller pieces to fit in the mouth. It isn't bothersome to me, but it may lengthen the time it takes to prepare juice. This juicer is worth every cent and makes you some money back in terms of the quantity of juice it makes from the produce your using. Omega is truly a top quality brand at a more affordable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tam12 Best Juicer Ever!
The 8006 Omega is very easy to use, the parts go together simply. I had the vertical Omega and that one was a pain to put together, but this one is a breeze! You will not be disappointed, I now juice daily, I can clean and re-assemble the unit within 3 mins.! I wish the feed shoot was a bit larger but other than that all is good. Enjoy

Rated 5 out of 5 by debs So easy to use
My husband and I bought this a month ago or so. We absolutely love it. It's so easy to use and, more importantly, easy to clean. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to buy a juicer. I have not had experience with other juicers as this is our first one, and I wish we had bought it years ago. You do have to cut up the veggies and fruits to fit into the chute, but I don't mind doing that. If I'm going to cut them anyway, what size I have to cut them is not an issue. However, the one with the bigger chute may be more convenient for some. I just didn't want to spend the extra money. I haven't used the attachments yet, so I can't review on those. I will though as soon as I have had a chance to use the nut butter attachment. A friend of mine has used one of these juicers for years and has nothing but good things to say about the replacement policy and warranty when things break. She has always had parts replaced with no trouble. As mine is new, I haven't had this issue yet, and hopefully not for a while, but I trust her opinion, and have faith in her experience with this company.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steph22 Easy to assemble and use! Makes great juices!
I got it for Christmas this past December (2014), and I love it. I have been making multiple juices with various fruits and veggies. I will say juicing carrots, apples, kale and harder fruits and veggies is much easier. When you use lemon, oranges, pineapples you have to make sure to use apples or something to help it wash it down so it doesn't accumulate! However, I am sure that all juicers are made to juice harder fruits and veggies, so its normal! It does take more counter space than the vertical ones, but for me its not a problem. It's longer to wash than a blender obviously, however it is easy to disassemble and assemble as well as wash the parts. The pulp is pretty dry, can't squeeze out juice out of it. Overall, I am very happy with this juicer! Also you can use it to make other things if you switch up the nozzles but for me I don't need that.
