I have a house filled with B and D products but no more. This iron had numerous problems. It doesnt heat up high enough.
the cord is too short. Worse problem is it automatically shuts off after 5 minutes WHILE using it, and you have to unplug it to reset it. VERY tedious. Then a crack developed in the plate and broke off. I threw the iron out in a rage. well recycled it. although it doesnt deserve that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jenmoe Horrible iron
I have seen some great reviews on this iron, so I must assume that I have a "LEMON". The iron turns on and off.It sticks to any material, at any setting that I try. I have to drag the iron backwards for it to work. I would never recommend this iron to anyone.
It's going in the garbage....

I love the vertical steam feature, as well as the surge of steam and misting features. Lightweight iron with swivel cord. it is a great value for the price.

I bought this iron back in January of 2014 and it barely lasted until June.
The metal on the plate was peeling and burning itself off. This iron is used a few times a week for approx 20 minutes each time.
It is also NOT anti-drip, if you fill it more than about half full water will spill out as you use it. I definitely recommend one that has a cap on the water reservoir.
The steam is also only for higher temperatures, lower temps require you to use the spray. Which never quite sprays where you want.
