Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product with very fair price Very happy with this purchase. I spent time reading reviews before I purchased this Cuisinart electric can opener & the reviews were all favorable. It opens all size cans & the magnetic holder actually holds the lid so it doesn't end up in your food. Good product for a very good price. I would definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is great! I have gone thru almost all of the can openers. I have done the hand held, the one that automatically goes around the can shaped like a bug, the ones that say they are the best and honestly, this is the best one I have had in a very long time. It is great for the tall cans as well as the bitty cans. Love it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product works well! After trying several cheap can openers I decided to spent more money hoping for better quality. This device works well, is easy to use, and is easy to keep clean. No need to look further!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Clean Pretty I bought another brand of electric can opener because I needed one and it was on sale. It broke within 3 months. I don't know if I am allowed to mention the name. Delete the name if you need to, it was a Proctor Silex. This time, I realized that not all can openers are serviceable, so this time I read the reviews online. I bought the Cuisinart electric can opener after reading all the positive reviews. Now I am writing a positive review myself. This is the one to get, it is nice looking, functions well, easy to set the can, and has a nice hole in the back of it to shove any excess cord for the plug into. It doesn't clutter the countertop, and the narrow design keeps a nice look in the kitchen. I have recommended it and do recommend it. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact and very easy to use I live with my 86 yr old mother and she doesn't have a lot of strength in her hands. I have seen her struggle using the hand can opener and it was to the point where she could no longer use it. I bought this electric can opener online and we both think it's great. It is so easy to use. Very quiet too. You don't even have to hold the handle down to keep it working and the can doesn't drop off when it has finished opening the can. I am home much of the time, but if I am gone and she wants to open a can, she is able to do it.

Is there a place in the back to store the extra cord? Thank you, in advance!

Asked by: Stop4Shoppin
The cool thing is that you just push the cord back into the back.

What does "any standard size can" mean?

Standard large vegetable cans? Standard single-serve vegetable cans (used by most veg canneries)? Standard flat tuna cans? Tapered salmon cans? (standard for all salmon canneries)? The Flat Tuna cans & Tapered Salmon cans are critical since I open many at once (6 to 10 of each)
Asked by: Annie9999
I have used it to open all of the above except the salmon cans. My salmon cans have the standard rim.
