by AmyNY Broken after six months
I purchased this item in August of 2015. I used it regularly, but not excessively. In early February 2016, it started making a loud clanging noise that I could not immediately identify. I eventually discovered the source--the screw or bolt that connects the bottom of the walking platform to the frame appears to be stripped and corroded, and is shifting around, causing both the noise and a slight wobble when the treadmill is in use. This piece was pre-assembled, it isn't something that I put together, and because it's in the frame, it's not something that I can take apart or fix myself (I have included an image as well, since the problem is a bit difficult to explain. The right side of the image is the piece that is broken--the image on the left is from the other side of the treadmill, and what it should look like). As it is clearly just a matter of time before it breaks altogether, I have been forced to stop using it. I had kept all of the original paperwork and the treadmill comes with a one-year limited warranty, so I contacted Stamina Customer Care via email as instructed, and included the image of problem with my treadmill. I received an auto-response that promised a reply within two business days. After a week with no contact I sent a follow-up email, with the same result. I don't enjoy giving this a poor review, because prior to this issue, I would have highly recommended this product. In fact, I had suggested it to several friends and coworkers. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out to Stamina were ignored. I'm not so upset that the treadmill broke (though I'm certainly not pleased), but the fact that I can't even get a response from the company, despite the warranty, is unacceptable. I feel that I gave them a fair opportunity to make the situation right (or at least respond) and they have chosen not to do that. Given the low original price of this product, I was under no illusions that it would last forever; however, I did expect it to go beyond six months, and the fact that Stamina obviously does not honor its warranty makes me strongly advise anyone against purchasing this product. Spend the extra money and get something that will last, and from a company that stands behind its products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wendy Great workout
This really provides a great workout. It took a really long time to get the belt adjusted, which was frustrating. But now, I really like it.

Overall it seems to be very good, except that after 5 days of using it for approx. 1 hr
each day one of the bearings fell apart, I called cust svc and rec'd replcmt in 4 days.
I have been using for 10 days and all is good.

I purchased this treadmill a month ago, and at first it was shockingly loud--something seemed to be wrong with the bearings or the flywheels. I contacted Stamina, and they immediately sent out a replacement, and the second one is much quieter. It gets my heartrate up and gives me a decent workout, and folds up very small--great for storage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by mountaincat12 it is very sturdy, not easily to tip, easy to move
We bought this treadmill around 10/12/15. It is easy to move around. The only thing is that is not adjustable to a flat plane.

Rated 4 out of 5 by slowrunner76 Meets our needs
This treadmill meets our needs for a moderate exercise option, especially during inclement weather. It is adjustable to our varying levels of workout exertion.
Setting the tension on the belt was a trial-and-error activity.
