Rated 4 out of 5 by Jenny Great Low Profile!
I bought this magnetic exercise bike instead of many other brands because it has a very low profile. The screen is very low and doesn't block my vision, so I can watch a movie or tv show while I'm biking and the whole bike is low enough that it can stay in the middle of my living room all the time.
I haven't figured out how to make the computer stay on one screen yet, but I hope I can. I want to stay on either my time or my heart rate rather than scan through a bunch of screens that I am not interested in seeing.
The seat was a bit too far forward for me, which I'd read in other reviews. In order to fix that, I put it in the desired position, marked the holes and used some short wood screws to reposition it. Hopefully the adjustment will last. I kept the factory bolts in the bottom of the seat, so I can put it back if the wood screws come out, but the bike is much more comfortable with the seat positioned further back allowing the seatback to give proper lumbar support. In future iterations, it would be nice if there were multiple bolt-holes so customers could reposition the seat to their liking, even if they can't adjust it in a moment. [To be clear, the entire chair including the seatback can be moved forward or back, but the seat and seatback are fixed relative to each other.]

I bought this bike a month ago and love it. The Customer service dept. is great, as the first unit arrived damaged in shipment. I contacted them and they shipped a replacement the next day by UPS AIR, no questions asked! Love working out on this bike AND a great price!

We have had our bike about a month now and really like it. We had a treadmill and replaced it with this and it was a great move for our home. It is a great size and fits anywhere. Very quiet which we needed as we exercise at night and have small children that are sleeping. We did have a small issue with the panel not recognizing the bike was in use so it wouldn't track anything but one quick phone call to customer service and it was easily fixed and no other issues. They were very kind and helpful. There is quite a large space where your lower back sits and it would be nice if you could adjust the back rest to remedy this but it doesn't hinder us in any way. I am 5'11" and my husband is 6'1" and we have no problem getting a good fit when riding. Great purchase!

I bought this about two months ago and I am really glad I did. I love the design, easy to get on and off, very sturdy and comfortable during the work out. Love the large LCD display, which monitors: workout time, speed, distance, and calories burned. I love how it is so quite, and the ease of the pedals is fantastic! I lost inches and pounds after only two weeks of riding it, and I loved every minute! I would recommend to anyone wanting to start or to continue their healthy lifestyle without going to extremes, I tried a gym bike, but due to the weather conditions and some health limitations I was unable to maintain it. This is a perfect solution, it allows me to stay home (indoors). I can watch T.V., listen to music, or read. The best part of this of course, is seeing the progress on my body without putting it through strain or stress. Great price for such a sturdy product and easy to assemble. Big Fan!

Rated 4 out of 5 by AKdude Features are implemented well.
Overall I am VERY pleased with this unit. Having owned a previous model Stamina, this one is vastly improved. Sensors are well integrated; unit feels more "solid"; Having ability to preset 'programs' is a treat!
Some improvements that I would suggest. The resistance dial-in is too low. The 1 - 8 click setting does not enable resistance commensurate with serious effort. [This may be individual specific, but a mechanism to set the 'range' higher would be nice for those of us with healthier leg muscles]. Also somewhat individual specific is that I found the seat to back angle leaves the lower back unsupported by almost 2 inches. There is no adjustment for this. Having prior low-back injury, I cannot complete a ride in this position. If one shifts position rearward to gain low back support the seat presses into the major leg nerves. Neither choice is a good one.

After being delivered there were several pieces that had been broken but when calling the customer service, they were more than accommodating and sent the parts out immediately. The only thing that I would suggest would be to send an e-mail saying the replacement item was shipped with a tracking number. We were not home when the last replacement part was ordered and it was in a large box on our front porch. If we had known it was coming we could have notified someone to pick it up for us.

I've had my 4825 for 5 years and have put a few thousand miles on it over that time. No problems from assembly to using it on a daily basis. I treat it well and it continues to do it's job keeping my weight down in its ready-to-go, low-impact way. I bought it when I developed fasciitis from running and it provides a great alternative.
