Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Small Appliance Before I bought this immersion blender, any time I wanted to puree anything - it had to go into the blender or the food processor. This works ok with some things - but other things - especially hot soup - it does not work well. The soup will leak out of the food processor - and the blender has to be done in small batches. Not so with this immersion blender. And - the best part is - there is MUCH less clean up using a immersion blender than either of the two appliances listed above. I love my immersion blender. Rated 5 out of 5 by More features than I expected The blender was way beyond my expectations. You can tell by looking at it how durable it is and was such a good buy. I want to order some of the extras that you can use with it. December 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Every KitchenAid product has longevity!! This is so well made. Good weight and great length. I expect to have it for a very long time. December 16, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Pass Used this blender 1 time and unfortunately was disappointed in the performance. Donated it to soup kitchen. November 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love My KitchenAid Products I recently ordered a KitchenAid 2-Speed Blender and I love it. I use it for making soap. In case you are not familiar, immersion blenders are what soap makers use to blend oils with lye. KitchenAid products do cost a little more, but are well worth it because they are made to last, very durable and I have been happy with their products. July 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by QUALITY PLUS My son has a wand and uses it quite a bit he was always telling me to get one with all the cooking I do. I finally listened to his suggestion. I had planned to get the same brand he has but, it was not available from JCP that turned out to be a plus for me price wise & performance wise. His wand splatters when brought up to the surface but, the design KitchenAid used has no splatter. This is a great addition to your kitchen you will find many uses for it. December 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for everyday use. I love my blender. I put away my big bulky blender and just use this one. It's great for everyting. Even ICE for my smoothies. Great for mashing baby food, smoothies, and so much more. Can't wait to try it for other things. May 20, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Immersion Blender Is Quick and Easy to Use This electric immersion blender is easy to use and clean. Unlike battery-powered blenders that never seem to hold a charge over time, this electric version works great. The mixing cup works fine, but I even blended tomatoes for chili in the can after I opened it and removed the lid. January 8, 2015
