I ordered the white brewer and I love it! It has many options to choose your own way to brew your beverage. I also like the light up face with the clock.

I am so frustrated with this Brewer. I am on #2 since Jan. 2015. Why can't companies leave well enough alone. My first Brewer in 2012 worked fine till an electrical issue took it out. This new thing is a pain. There is nothing more upsetting than having a Kcup not finish the cycle and when you lift the handle, hot water and wet grounds run all over the place. Then there is clean up before getting a cup of coffee.....and half the time it does it again. We use a water filter in the Brewer with water than is already filtered, we have de-scaled even though the latest replacement is less than 2 mos. old. We have resorted to using our Mini Brewer which I've had for 3 yrs and works just fine. Have not called Keurig because I'm not sure I want another one, & replacement seems to be the only answer they come up with. Have considered returning to a conventional coffeemaker, but one of us drinks regular and one decaf......there is no doubt the system, when it is working right, is the way to go.

Loved my old Keurig, but it died a couple of weeks ago. I was so excited to get my new 450 model. The first problem was the stupidly designed filter "handle". Could not get the bottom off, tried stuffing the filter through the top and tore the filter. Oh well, I thought, I will use it without filter, and just use bottled water until I can get a new filter. Finally brewed my first cup, anticipating a perfect brew. Used my usual kcup, Starbucks French Roast, and immediately smelled a terrible plastic smell. Tasted it, and sure enough, a terrible taste. Dumped that cup, and brewed some hot cocoa. Same smell and taste. Emptied and rinsed the carafe, filled it up with bottled water, and brewed another coffee. Same taste and smell. I am going to wait for my new filters to arrive and try with those. If I am still tasting plastic, I am afraid I will return this Keurig. Not sure what my options are, but will be considering other brands. PS: have wasted multiple pods and almost a case of bottled water trying to solve this problem. I am not happy.

I bought a K300 for my wife as a 2014 Christmas Present. The unit was terrific and we loved not having to brew an entire pot of coffee all the time. We had no issues with the unit until yesterday. I powered the unit up and while preheating, it started pumping the water through the machine and didn't stop until the water was gone. I unplugged it, filled it and again the water pumped right through it. At first I was upset as the cost of the machine was expensive and based on experience with other companies I figured we were not going to have any luck with customer service. I can tell you I was wrong. In a 10 minute phone conversation, with a very helpful representative, I was told that there was no trouble shooting for this issue and that Keurig was going to replace our brewer. I called yesterday and just received confirmation it has shipped. This is a great company that stands behind their product, we'll be customers for a long time.

There sure was a lotta griping about the 2.0 machine when it first dropped. The flames were likely being fanned by the mfr's that had been locked out of the new machine due to their lack of a license agreement with Keurig. Heck, all the confusion kept me from upgrading my machine for a year. I finally bit the bullet though and this thing BLOWS AWAY my old Keurig B40 brewer. More cup size options (including K-Carafe which I've not tried yet), a "Strong Coffee" button, a nice LCD display, an uber-big water reservoir, etc. AND Keurig finally capitulated (albeit partly) to all the folks moaning about the incompatibility of non-licensed PODS by bringing back the My K-Cup doohickey that lets folks brew their own coffee. I know it sounds like an advertisement but bottom line is if you're undecided about Keurig coffee, I get it...try a bud's a see for yourself (Eight O' Clock Italian rocks for a strong cup). If you're on the fence about the new 2.0 brewer though, it's a non-issue...this machine is terrific. --RKH (Atl., GA)
