by Slastya It is impossible to use in Russia
I like this product but I can't use it because we have other voltage in our country. It is need 110V but we have 220V. And now we need to buy any transformer for this. I think it is necessary to specify this in the description of the product. Now I am waiting when will be able to try delicious waffle baking this wonderful instrument.

This was absolutely my favorite waffle maker that I have ever had! Loved that you could adjust the level of "doneness", I like light waffles, my husband likes crispier. The waffle maker was working fine, no apparent problems, but then one morning it did not work when I plugged it in. Nothing... no light came on, no heat, no anything. I thought something was wrong with our outlet, but that was not the issue. I bought this online so checked my orders to see when it was purchased and found it was two years ago.The manufacturer's warranty is three years, so I called the company and was told that I needed to ship it back & it is my cost to do that. I was also told that I needed to send them an additional payment along with the defective product for return shipping and handling of a replacement product. Our family used this at least once a week, but I would consider this normal use and expect more than two years of service. My main disappointment is that the company would not offer free shipping to return the product and honor the three year warranty by replacing the product for free without my having to pay shipping costs.

My 30+ YO waffle iron died and we had been searching for a replacement for some time; however, no oneseemed to have a standard waffle iron. Everyone had Belgin makers. I got a JC Penny ad via e-mail & thought what the heck, they might have one and sure enough! The Cuisinart iron is a little smaller than the old ones, but it makes up for it with the dooneness setting and the red/green lights. In the past I had always had to lift the lid to check for doneness, which didn't always turn out well, but this unit's light changes from red to green when the waffle is ready. Ifound the recommended setting of 3 a little darker than we liked but 2 is perfect. Great iron.

Although we have not had the waffle maker long enough to give a fair evaluation of durability, we have enjoyed making breakfast and other treats with our new kitchen appliance.

It's the standard waffle maker. Nothing overly fancy.

Am completely satisfied with this product. Waffles turn out like you want them with the settings available. Have not tried anything but waffles but plan on in the future. This waffle maker stores easily and cleans up fast.

The waffle iron matched my old one in producing very good waffles. I really liked the non-stick surface. The waffle iron was very easy to clean after use

I found this to be a great waffle maker. Comes with 5 recipes in the instruction booklet which are all excellent. I followed the instructions exactly for first time use and found the suggestion of spraying the grills with vegetable oil to season them was a very good tip for any non-stick coated appliance or pan. Depending on the setting it will cook the waffles exactly as one may prefer. I found # 3 setting gave me a nice crisp golden brown waffle to my liking. I've read reviewers say they can't use boxed mixes with this unit as the waffles stick to the plates; well I've used boxed mixes that read on the box for "Pancakes and Waffles" and they make perfect waffles every time.
