Rated 3 out of 5 by Coley I hate that it auto correct heat
If you have thinner more manageable hair this should work for you I guess. I have natural kin da wavey hair that is super thick. I alway tend to us the highest heat on my flat iron. So naturally I put the chi g2 on 425 its highest heat which my previous flat iron I set at 450. Well it auto corrects the heat on what it wants so my hair doesn't gget done as fast because I'm constantly turning the heat up. Also when you try to curl your hair it doesn't run as smooth so your hair gets little iron lines. When I actually took the time to slowly flat iron my hair it was nice but I'm just going to go back to my old flat iron Fahrenheit brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DepDawg Best flat iron I have found
I am so excited to finally find a digital chi! I love this flat iron! I like the fact that it is digital so I always know what the temperature actually is. This one has three modes for different hair styles which is great. It heats up quickly and beeps when it has reached the temperature you want. I caught this on sale and also had a coupon code and a rewards certificate so I saved a ton of money... which is a big plus to me! My hair looks amazing and soft when I use this. It never leaves a burned or sweaty smell to my hair. I have found no negatives about this flat iron at all. It even comes with a nice heat pad to protect your counter! It also comes in a very nice box which I keep it stored in when not in use. If you are looking for a great flat iron then I say buy this one! You won't be disappointed!

I like that you can adjust the temperature to your preferred setting. Heats up really quickly and works well on coarse hair; tip stays cool.
