Rated 5 out of 5 by waterpik water flosser My dentist has recommended a waterpik flosser to me every cleaning of my teeth. In shopping I finally came across one on line I felt had great features and would be simple to use. It really is ..You just charge 24 hrs before use, fill water inlet ..insert tip..stand over sink..push on button and floss. So much easier than flossing. My teeth feel so clean after using my waterpik flosser. this one is great for first time users. July 25, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient to use Love the convenience of this product which I got to replace a tabletop model. I use it on a daily basis and recharge it overnight once a week as instructed. As it states, it holds enough water to to run for 30 seconds and you are to floss for 60 seconds, so expect to refill once during a session. I use a measuring cup with a spout to easily fill the reservoir after warming the water in the microwave. I also like adding some mouthwash on occasion. It then says to rinse the reservoir out by filling it with water and running it upside down into the sink, but it doesn't continue to empty when held upside down. Thought it was strange they instructed that since they say you have to hold it upright to floss the teeth. Also, not sure why the reservoir is dark blue instead of clear so you can see when the reservoir is near full when filling. These are minor issues, though. When I am done flossing, I empty any remaining water and then wipe the outside dry and tap the charging unit against the towel to be sure to dry out any water. June 17, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 Great concept! Concept is great..........not sure if it is only me, but the tip turns when I use it on my gums and squirts me in the face! LOL I also have to kneel down over my tub to use it, but would really love to see one that has the same button for on as off so you don't have to feel for the off button. Also,my husband uses it too and we have to switch the tips ..........would probably just buy the whole unit for my own personal use next time instead of having to keep taking tips on and off. All in all, I like that it pushes hard to get food out of my teeth that ordinary flossing misses. August 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic results! I had purchased this product shortly after a dental exam. Two weeks later when I returned, they were amazed at the results! The first positive comment was that there was very little plaque left. The second comment was that the improvement in my gum health having only used the device four times so far, was just short of unbelievable. I used this product with a mixture of Crest Complete, professional and water. Easy to use and great results. August 14, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by I give it a 7 out of 10. I had this exact Waterpik last year but the connection to the battery became corroded. I hadn't registered that one, so I didn't pursue a replacement. I like the convenience of not having a cord to deal with. I wish it had more than one speed setting. August 18, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointed I purchased my Waterpik last September and I just loved it. I even got comments at my dentist office on how clean my were. In June the entire unit went dead. We contacted Customer Service and they replaced the entire unit. Now already in August it has done the same thing. I do like the product but am very disappointed that is doing the very same thing. I will contact Customer Service again but don't think they will replace it a second time. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do now? August 14, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed Positive: Although taking some getting used to, I was amazed on how much debris was removed even after flossing and brushing. Negative: I'm never sure if the water container is thoroughly clean because one can not see through it, and the shape doesn't lend to easy cleaning. I didn't realized the battery could not be replaced. August 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just right!! One of our dental professionals suggested we get a WaterPik and we did. It is easy to handle and the only problem was, we needed an additional set of tips, so we ordered them from the company and now, we are set for home and travel use. We love the way it thoroughly cleanses after brushing and ease of filling with water. It is compact and even looks good sitting on the counter. August 14, 2015
