Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved it until pik broke I have only owned my Waterpik for a little over a month and when it fell off the counter, the blue pik broke. I had to become McGiver to pry out the broken off piece but still couldn't get the entire piece out of the base. I loved using the Waterpik. I don't like flossing so this was a better option for me. I watched trapped food be washed away even after brushing for 2 minutes. Right now I am stuck with a brand new Waterpik I can't use and it is a bummer. Maybe there needs to be an eject button for the pik in the event that the pik breaks off below the collar. Just a suggestion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy battery life, reservoir too small Mine had a reservoir seal that failed after 9 months, and a battery that failed after 15 months (3 months after warranty). The battery cannot be replaced... so since I have to buy a replacement I am looking for an alternative brand. Lastly, the charging system had no indicator so you can't tell how the charging is going.... and the reservoir is too small for more than one pass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One problem I can't remove the spout or whatever you call it and there are no directions how to do so in English in the online users manual. But there are in Spanish, of which I am not a fluent speaker. Is there some way somebody can fix this? I don't speak Spanish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waterpik WP-360 I bought this Waterpik about a month ago and I am mad that I didn't do it sooner. I chose this model because I travel for work and wanted a Waterpik I could take with me. I am not good at string flossing, but tried to force myself to do it once a day. Now, I water floss at least twice a day and on weekends three! You will notice an immediate difference in how clean your mouth feels once you start using the Waterpik. I just had a cleaning and when I told my dental hygienist I had made this purchase she could not have been happier. She gave me some pointers on using the Waterpik more effectively which I will do. I plan to purchase a tank style Waterpik next month as I want the larger reservoir for home use and I will keep this for when I travel. Get one of these, you won't be sorry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I Couldn't Choose Zero Stars I bought two of these for my family and returned one and would like to return the used one also. First, the water reservoir is very small and it is inconvenient having to refill it 4 - 5 times during use. Second, the water flow is not as strong as I prefer. My family is extremely dental hygiene conscious and visit the dentist twice a year as I suppose most consumers of this product are, so they will definately agree with me on this. Additionally, working the whole module around my teeth over the sink is clumsy and messy. In conclusion, this Waterpik is generally is a waste of money. I would stick with the original Waterpik countertop model even though it is not portable. The portable aspect is not a great enough benefit of this product to overlook the flaws I have mentioned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Please expand features! I really like this product and this is 4th one I have owned. I live in areas with very hard waters. This shortens the life of these tools significantly. I also have a need to be able to adjust the flow to meet my needs for a 'softer clean'. I have bought the adjustable one and it too died with our waters. Its adjustable was still a bit too strong on low. How about another tip for even softer cleaning? I really like this product as it fits into a suitcase so easily for travel.
