quality product, design allows me to use lower temps on electric stove.. I won't buy anything other than Calphalon .. including the tools to cook with.

I bought this pan to cook my eggs each morning. I can cook eggs absolutely perfect, on medium heat, without even flipping them (due to the lid) with firm whites and soft yolks. They appear to be cooked by a professional chef, and they simply slide out of the pan. The pan is of excellent quality, and I fully expect it to last a long time. JC Penney's price and service was great. You can't go wrong buying this pan.

I looked for a long time before I found the right size Omelette Pan for one person. Most pans are 10 inch or larger.
The pan is great for eggs, grilled cheese, one hamburger, etc. Clean up is very easy, just put it in the dishwasher.
The pan is everything the advertisement says and more. Hope you enjoy using it as much as I have.

I really like the way things just slide out of this pan after being cooked. The glass lid fits perfectly too.

Rated 5 out of 5 Another winner from Calphalon
I love this pan as well as the other Calphalon pans in my cupboard. I needed a pan a little larger and deeper than the 7" pan (also Calphalon) I already have and this one is perfect. I have only used it a couple of times but it's going to be my "go-to" pan for poaching eggs and making sauces. Thank you Calphalon!
