Rated 4 out of 5 by this product is tryed and true for decades i've been using a waterpik for many years as did my father who past away in 1969. Hope they never stop making it. How else does one floss pristinely and massage the gums in one quick action? July 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works very well Equipment works very well and meets expectations. So far it holds true to it's statements on what it delivers. I am happy with this purchase. July 11, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Tool for Oral Hygiene This is the first water flosser I have ever purchased, so I can't compare it to any other models or brands. I have always used string floss and will continue to do so. The Waterpik will be an adjunct to string flossing. I think the power cord should be longer to accommodate different bathroom configurations. I need to use an extension cord. It's nice that several different tips are included, but I have no use for most of them. The unit is small enough to fit on my limited counter space. It has a wide range of pressure settings. The water reservoir is a very good size, and you can store the tips in the lid, which is a great feature. Overall I think a waterpik is a great tool for maintaining oral health, but it should definitely not replace string floss. August 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by dentist required works well after you get use to it, it actually feels good June 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product! I was referred to the product by my dentist, who said, despite the excellent care I give to my teeth, that I was developing early periodontal disease in a few areas. Ugh! I bought the Waterpik and use it about every other day. Once you use it a few times (and squirt yourself in the face or on the mirror), you easily get the hang of it. My teeth feel very clean after using it -- even to the point I have to remind myself to brush. I won't know the full effect of the Waterpik on the troublesome areas until I see my dentist in another six months, but I'm enjoying using it, feel it does its job very well, and look forward to avoiding any advancing gum problems. Rated 4 out of 5 by Should have a longer cord to plug in I bought this about 3-4 weeks ago on the advice of my dental hygienist. She said that I should start with the settings around 2 and build up to the maximum of 10 over time. I have found that after you go beyond a setting of 5 the unit starts to vibrate much more forcefully. The cord is not long enough for my situation so the unit has to sit near the edge of the sink on the vanity. If you turn it to the maximum it vibrates so much as the water in the reservoir empties that the entire unit will migrate because the unit becomes lighter as the water empties. At one point it fell into the sink and spilled water everywhere. This all could be avoided by having a longer cord come with the unit. Otherwise it works as promised. July 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best glosser ever I have used the WaterIk for many years after my old one died, maybe five years, I purchased a new one. I have not had a cavity since using it in my daily mouth routine. Cost of the Wayerpik... Peanuts compared to the cost and discomfort of getting a filling. My dentist always says I have young teeth and gums and I know it it partially due to the efficient performance of this great device. August 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love My Waterpik The waterpik is awesome! What is not awesome is the fact that I just moved to a new apartment that does not have an outlet near the sink. Because the pik is not cordless, I now have to do my teeth at the kitchen sink. So disappointed. However, the job it does cleaning my teeth is amazing! I will simply have to tuck it away when family and friends come to visit. August 5, 2016
