I had never used a waterpik before, but when I developed some dental problems, both my endodontist and periodontist recommended that I use one. The dental hygienist gave me simple instructions, and I have found the waterpik easy to use and makes my mouth feel refreshed and clean. I am happy to have found this appliance.

i've been using a waterpik for many years as did my father who past away in 1969. Hope they never stop making it. How else does one floss pristinely and massage the gums in one quick action?

I've used the cordless rechargeable Waterpik for years, but it has slowly stopped holding a charge, so this time I decided to buy one that plugged in and had a larger water reservoir. Wow! I love the huge reservoir, which not only holds more water, but is very easy to clean. But, what I really like is the power! I've always used the cordless Waterpik on high, but still had to floss. With the WP-100, I no longer need floss, and it is so powerful, I can't set the speed to much more than halfway. I thought it would be an inconvenience to have it on the counter all the time, but it's small enough to just push in the corner when I'm not using it. My only regret is that I already had a separate electric toothbrush, so I didn't buy the combination Waterpik and toothbrush unit. However, my daughter will be getting braces in a few months, and she will be getting the combo unit, for sure!

Bought this brand and model because it was only choice on shelf, and it was pricey.. Almost immediately there was and still is a problem that may be a design flaw in the way the water conduit attaches to the tank. The water pulses frequently cut off while the motor is running. It seems that the position of the water conduit is very sensitive for water flow. Therefore the position you have to be in makes it cumbersome and difficult to use. Either that or the unit was 'bad' right out of the box. Either way, not impressive. I usually use interplak--doesn't have thus problem. I was traveling and needed a unit for tooth/gum problem and the travel unit by WP wasn't working that well either.

The only regret I have is that I didn't purchase this product years ago. Needless to say I'm a very satisfied customer. If you care about the health of your teeth and gums you owe it to yourself to purchase this probuct.

I bought this product a few months ago, with the different water tips that come with the water pick.My teeth and gums have never felt and looked better. I couldn't imagine another machine able to do what this does.Awesome quality and durability you wont go wrong buying this and the price is perfect for what I have been able to do to better my health. Popcorn used to be a problem getting wedged in my gums and teeth trying tooth picks and floss to dig out particles for ever to get out, not with the water floss it comes out with water pressure that you can set at a powerful comfortable level to get out anything. And warm water is like getting the best massage in my mouth. It makes my outlook on the day brighter cause my teeth feel great and you get a brighter smile. This is the heart smart product getting all bacteria out that brushing alone can't do.

I had to have a wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it removed. As a result, I have a pocket where food gets lodged. My dentist recommended this Waterpik. I am so happy with this product since it removes every piece os food that get caught in the pocket area. It also does an amazing job for total dental care.

Cleans and freshens. I am happy with the results but continue to have water running down my arm... Haven't gotten the finer skill level mastered.
