Unfortunately, this scale is very accurate. The only problem I found with it is that it will go up or down a pound or so when it is moved to a different spot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jeff This product was a great purchase
I purchased the Weight Watchers® Wide Platform Scale and love the large blue lit LCD display. The scale seems solid and well built and is nicely balanced to provide equal weight distribution. This can be seen when I step on the scale and it consistently provides accurate measurements.
On the con side, you must tap the scale with your foot to activate it. I wasn't aware of this fact at purchase, and when I first took it out of the box, I was a little confused how to operate the scale. I couldn't get it to turn on without really hitting it hard with my hand or foot. It was like the scale had to get use to having power (batter installed) and being operated a couple times. Now, I give a gentle tap with my foot, it powers right up. It was a Penny's purchase at a great price!

Rated 1 out of 5 by gingerbee digital display is hard to read
The digital display can't be working properly as it's very faint and hard to read while actually standing on the scale looking directly down at it. I have to step off and view it from a slight angle to see the numbers clearly. Also, I have the same problem as others when it comes to turning the scale on. It takes 3 or 4 sharp raps to trigger the digital .00. Very disappointed and will be taking this back to the store for a full refund rather than an exchange, as I wouldn't trust another scale of the same manufacture to be any better quality than this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LAAngel59 East to read and wide platform scale
This is a great scale if you are a bigger person because it has a wide platform for your feet without worrying about them hanging off the sides. Blue screen is very big and easy to read without having to bend over. Sturdy and has a nice decorative look with an easy wipe service. Be sure to pick up when you want to move it rather than shove around the floor because the sensors are on the bottom of the scale and can be easily affected. Accuracy is perfect when compared to my doctors scale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lariet prefer no battery
This product user guide says it uses AA batteries. I was happy to see that it did not require lithium batteries as the Internet write up indicated.
I would prefer a plain scale with no batteries in this instance.
This one seems to work fine and has a high weight limit with a warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by sp69 No luck Getting to Work Properly after two purchased in a row.
Unfortunately am on the 2nd scale like this one in just a couple of weeks. The first did not give a weight after the 0.0 lbs reading. The 2nd one just like it, gives a weight that is some 20 to at least 50 pounds off. Have tried 3 different surfaces with no positive results. Called the company involved and did what they suggested, such as have the writing on each battery facing you as installing, flat surface, etc. No luck. Will be returning this one also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shelbawe great product
Very easy to read, easy to use, and accurate. Highly recommend, I bought this set of scales for my parents to use for an accurate way to obtain daily weights. My mother has to watch for sudden increases in weight due to her heart, this product has performed very well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rufrat Style was nice and value OK.
Style was nice and value OK. This product seemed to have inconsistent readings when placed on carpet. I needed it to be able to be used on carpet and that might have been part of the problem with the inconsistent weights however, I didn't seen anything in the literature that came with the product saying it should only be used on hard flooring.
