Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much room for a 27"! I've only had this double oven for about 1 month. It is in the space that my old oven combination with a microwave on top was in previously. We had to do slight modifications to make it fit. I cannot believe how much larger the interior of the oven is compared to my old oven from 1989. They are both 27 inch ovens. The only slight negative comment i have is it fingerprints very easily. The front finish is gorgeous and looks like black glass. I am absolutely in love with cooking and being able to fit multiple items in one oven let alone having the double oven. Time for some serious baking. And the convection on the upper oven seems to cook everything evenly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this Oven Had this double oven installed the end of October just in time for the holidays. Our old oven was 20 years old. This one is "bigger on the inside". We love the Warm feature on the lower oven to keep food warm waiting for serving. Also love the Proof feature on the lower oven. Baking bread is so much easier with a controlled location to let the doughs rise. Have not had to use the self-cleaning feature yet. Only one wish. The old oven had a dual timer. Miss that second timer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convection Fan Question I have a question about my convection fan. According to the description of "Eurpoean Convection" on your website the fan should run continuously when the door is closed is close and in a reverse direction. Mine does neither. It cycles on and off and pushes air out rather than pulling it in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GE double convection oven Purchased 3 months ago. Great appearance and performance. Really like the control panel, easy to read with all the choices. Concerned about reviews having to do with self cleaning mode damaging oven. Steam feature does not live up to expectations. Still, wonderful product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the features! Great new features as compared with my old oven (which was also GE). Really like the "proof" feature for bread. I really appreciate the bottom element being beneath the metal floor. Fit nicely into the wall opening with very minor adjustments. Looks Great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of good stuff. I have had the oven for 16 days. I have used the proofing feature for two batches of two loaves of bread, normal bake for two batched of cookies, and the convection feature with a roast chicken and cornbread. The oven light comes on automatically when the proofing feature if started and you can check the progress of your dough from across the room. The signal for reaching set temperature and end of timer countdown is loud enough for me to hear it in the next room without my hearing aids. The timer has a one minute warning. I baked cookies in both ovens at the same time. They browned faster in the lower oven. I used the temperature adjustment feature and they came out the same on the next baking. I have one criticism: the racks are so slippery that one of the loaves of bread fell out onto the oven door. It did not break the glass, but I have to be careful when I pull the rack out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but could be better. I have been using this oven for about 2 weeks. It cooks evenly and really looks great in my kitchen. There was no problem replacing my old oven...the GE fit perfectly. The control panel is very nicely designed and easy and responsive to use. There are two reasons I didn't give it a 5 star rating. 1. It takes a long time to preheat so you have to start the oven well in advance of your cooking time. 2. When you use the convection oven..it converts the temp but NOT the time so their instructions are to just keep checking it earlier than the recipe states. Not cool. My old oven calculated the new cook temp and also the decreased cook time. Other than those two things...we really love it so far.
