Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some good features, some poorly designed It is quiet. Do like the silverware basket on the door. But, there are only 2 wash arms instead of 3 as were on my previous other brand DW. The rows of racks on bottom shelf are too widely spaced apart for most of my bowls to stand up, so they fall over. Sides of the bottom rack are not wide enough for small pans. There are also no clips on the top shelf to secure lids, etc. The fold down racks on top are too short to hold small bowls securely, so the bowls fall off. Glasses and bowls on the top shelf tend to tip over because of the poor angles of the rack dividers. I'm really not satisfied at all with this dishwasher and a few times some of the dishes did not get completely clean. It does play a little tune when finished which is cute. Overall, I would say this is a pretty DW but is poorly designed to be practical and am disappointed in this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Bought this dishwasher in Oct 2016 and two months later it stopped working. Repairman came out and needed to order a new control panel, so we have to wait another week for a panel to be delivered and they will come back out to repair it. Even though it's still in warranty and will cost us nothing to repair it, it's just an inconvenience for something brand new to breakdown after two months. Other than this problem, it's a nice dishwasher, cleans well and very quiet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucks This dishwasher takes 3 hours to wash the dishes. It is supposed to be energy efficient yet uses tons of electricity. It does not clean the dishes very well. It does not dry the dishes very well. You have to use those expensive detergent packages on it...liquid soap does not work. You have to be careful how you load the dishwasher - for instance you can't put knives or anything tall in the utensil carrier because it will block the soap dispenser...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was expecting something better I purchase this because I like the feature that it vents out the steam and the different settings. What I did not realize was that the storage rack design sucks. The plastic seems flimsy and the container for the utensils has limited space. There is no space for big spatulas, big knives, or big utensils. They have to be layed down. Now and then when I wash and put the soap packages they are not fully used and some residue is left over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dishwasher is great It quiet. Cleans dishes great. Controls easy. No spots/stains after running. Holds a lot of dishes. It has a great look in the kitchen. External finish very easy to maintain. I mean nothing bad in any way with this product. I highly recommend it. Great value. Great appearance. Excellent performance. Total package. Just a great deal compared to way more expensive brands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleans well I've only had this DW in for a few days. BUT I hate to wash dishes, etc so I've used in twice already. I does a great job of cleaning, the dishes are dry and I have only used the light cycle. It isn't as quite as quiet as my former DW, but is it more than manageable which is why I gave it only 4 stars. I can still hear the TV when it is running. I

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Usually love GE but disappointed on this appiance I bought my dishwasher 2 months ago. After a week the rubber seal to seal the door came loose. Also the silverware was still soapy at the end of the cycle. Now the dishwasher will not pump out the water and it has an inch of water when cycle over. Repairman coming next week. Hoping for good results.
