Rated 3 out of 5 by from Middle of the road product We bought a new villa and the appliances they provided were GE. I would never have even had GE in my top 5. It's better than expected but doesn't work nearly as well as my kid's dishwasher (an American made competitor). It is average in noise and average in cleaning. I have to check every dish as it comes out and often have soap residue in the tub (where it didn't get completely washed out of the dispenser). I also have to almost completely rinse all residue off prior to washing or the dishes won't get clean. The factory setting of temperature (123) may be too low so plan to up temp to 175 to see if it cleans better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quiet This dishwasher was installed in our newly built home. It is quiet and I like the rack for holding wine glasses. The top rack is easy to load but I am disappointed with the bottom rack. The back rack doesn't load small items such as small plates as the picture in the manual shows. The tines are too far apart. Pots and pans or large plates fit but sometimes I need more space for smaller items. Dishes do not always come out totally clean sometimes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very quiet by serious design flaws! This unit was installed in a new house by the builder. I'm impressed by the quietness of the dishwasher. However, the slanted top dish rack design is a serious flaw. Too many dishes and cups on the top rack will cause it to always pull out. This is a hassle if you want to load large plates on the lower rack when the top rack is in the way. The washing process takes a long time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unhappy Dishwasher was provided by builder in my new home. The soap does not completely dissolve and empty from the dispenser in the door no matter if I use powder, gel or pods. After a few loads, I must manually clean the hardened soap from the dispenser. The door below the dispenser is continually stained from the soap left in the dispenser after each wash load.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not thrilled Do not like the hidden controls. Hard to see what settings are and turn on. Do not like the utensil holder on the side, have to pull tray out in order to put a piece of silverware in the dishwasher. Does not seem to dry dishes very well on the heated dry setting. I still have to wipe water off of the dishes before I can put them away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quiet and spacious Our dishwasher was installed in our newly constructed home, and we've run several cycles to clean/sanitize our dishes as we unpack. It's quite spacious and I really love the functionality -- you have the option to focus the wash cycle to the top versus bottom shelf. Best of all, it runs very quietly!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Machine! I bought one in September 2016 and it works great. The first operational week some of the plastic parts came off and GE sent in a technician to repair it as it was under warranty. It took over 2 weeks for the part to come in and the tech person came right way to repair. Not had a problem since.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Premium features at a mid range price I'm amazed at the features (wash top or bottom only, delay start, bottle washers) and at his quiet this unit is for the price. I know I could have spent 300 more and had one that was near silent, but this one is quiet enough to talk normally or listen to the radio with it running. Great value!
