Rated 2 out of 5 by from GE Profile - lacking/wasted space It was supposed to only be a couple inches smaller than our previous one, but it's useful space seems about 25% less. It might work for a single person, or someone that likes to go to the store every couple days for fruits/vegetables, and doesn't do a lot of leftovers, but I really am disappointed. The door space on right is deep for milk gallons, but then also deep for other condiments so you have hard time digging back to find what you need. The door space on left (where Ice maker is) is so narrow that most condiments won't fit unless you buy the smallest size. The ice maker periodically gets condensation so you have to pop it out and shake it to get ice out. Freezer door doesn't seem to want to open without the drawer coming open too, so it's in your way or you have to partially slide that back too. I do like the "auto fill" water dispenser, and appreciate not having any of my food getting ruined/frozen from poor temperature control, but I sure am disappointed to be paying on a new refrigerator that doesn't really meet our needs

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful Up-grade I purchased this GE Refrigerator 3-weeks ago and it has been a nice up-grade. We moved the 10-year old side-by-side model to our basement kitchen. The whole family loves the french door style with the large refrigerator sections up "high" where all the items are easily reachable. The ice production is more than able for our family but the dispenser does spray ice cubes and crushed ice beyond the glass. This makes getting ice a fun dance every time. The refrigerator looks great and is very quiet. The freezer draws do not operate as smooth as I expected - they feel a bit "cheap". Perhaps we should have up-graded to the Cafe model. Overall, we are very happy with this selection and recommend this model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lots of features It's a great fridge. Lots of features and looks great. Auto Fill automatically shuts off the water when the glass is full. Also tells you the approximate amount of water discharged into the glass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Love it but... Love my new GE Profile Series PYE22KSKSS but the water dispenser drips sometimes. I will wait after filling a glass of water to make sure it is done before I remove the glass. But later on when I fill another glass I'll notice that there is a drip on the tray where it catches the water. Would have given 5 stars except for the drip. Besides that I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lots of room A lot of room in this refrigerator--things don't get lost and buried because you can see everything in front of you. The freezer door takes some muscle to open. The plastic dividers and storage drawers, especially in the freezer, do not seem sturdy. Like the in door water and ice dispenser but ice goes flying everywhere if you don't hold your glass or container just so. Also, sometimes I just want 1 or 2 ice cubes (shocking, I know) and getting at the bucket that stores the ice is difficult. This is not a "fingerprint- free" refrigerator! Because of space constraints we were limited to the far more expensive counter-depth refrigerators. This was the most reasonably priced but feel the interior quality could be better for the money. Overall, however, satisfied with this refrigerator.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful Refrigerator Bought this about 6 months ago. Love it more than I thought I would. Pros: beautiful, spacious, great freezer (for a drawer type), nice water/ice in the door features. I'd say it runs quiet. You can hear it. Humm/buzz. Lighting is awesome. Cons: shelfing is not spaced correctly for milk. You either have to use the door (not my favorite) or you have to use the shelf that folds in half. I actually just removed a shelf. Door shelfs are also awkward to use as they are so deep and spaced flea you can't actually see what's in them. AND th AUTOFILL DOESNT WORK. well 1 of 10 times. Most times it errors out after trying to flood the floor. Problem arises when the user puts ice in the glass first (like every normal human being). No ice..works perfect. Ice = flood/error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Sleek, Neat, and Clean Looking I LOVE!, LOVE! LOVE! the look and features of this fridge. For a counter-depth refrigerator, the space is fantastic. There are also several door compartments that are deep enough to make storage of condiments, milk, butter, jarred items, etc. - a breeze, and keeps these items neatly out of the way so you don't have to clutter the interior space. The French doors are wonderful, because there is plenty of room to place/stack your items, so you can quickly find what you are looking for. Sharp looking blue lights on interior meat drawer when you open the front door. Gets very, very cold. It is worthy to note that this item cools from the top down. The paperwork said it cools from the bottom up, so I thought the freezer wasn't working, but it can take up to 24 hours for it to kick in and get really cold. I had a service call, and he said that brochure was for older models and shouldn't have been in my paperwork. Since I was replacing an older model, this could have been a real problem if I didn't have another fridge in my garage. Color of stainless is nice. Auto fill on door is fantastic. Well worth the little extra to have that feature. Overall, very nice, clean, neat and functional. Matches my blue pearl granite exceptionally well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replaced Orginal Frig. Quality is Fair at Best Fits fine into cabinet space, but the quality is substandard. Once installed, ice maker supply lines within the door leaked, and took almost 3 weeks to repair since parts needed to be ordered. Ice reservoir is VERY small (i.e., substandard). Ice storage is probably about 1/3 the size of the old frig. Only 2 of us use the frig and we regularly run out of ice. When we have quests, there is never enough ice. Also, the freezer tray is all plastic and moves on plastic rollers. Due to the low quality of the tray (i.e., it bends/shifts quite a bit), the rollers constantly comes off the track. Getting the freezer tray rollers back into position on the track is a pain. My wife actually asked me to remove the tray since "it's a pain".
