Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forget peace and quiet --- FOREVER. You can forget any ounce of peace and quiet when this thing spins. It doesn't matter what you are washing --- I've been to Monster Truck Shows quieter than this mess. So far, as of last week, I've had two service calls completed on this machine. There's about to be a third and if I have to call every week until the warranty runs out then so be it. I guess that's job security for someone. My unit is a mere four months old, so eight more months to go until I can dump this garbage in the landfill. One set of queen sheets (fitted, flat, 2 cases) you can FORGET. Something as light as a simple sheet one would think this machine could carry. I'm having to wash half loads (equates to basically a quarter load of a standard tub) that doesn't fill the wash tub more than half to even get thru a cycle. VERY disappointed in the quality of this product. I know space limitations speak for most in laundry situations such as these, but try to find an alternative if you can. You surely won't get help with this unit because nobody knows what is making the noise on mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent. I believe this is the machine I own! I have had my machine for five months and it does a wonderful job!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water doesn't cover clothes I recently bought a condo that had this W/D already installed and am in the process of replacing it because it's useless for washing anything other than a tiny load. No matter what I put in it, the water level won't wet the top items till well into the wash cycle when the agitator finally pulls them down. I just put 3 towels, a couple of T-shirts, and some sox in, added detergent, and turned it on. Five minutes into the agitating cycle, I opened the lid and found that the blue detergent was still sitting on the top towel where I'd dumped it--the towel was still dry. The wash drum never fills more than 1/4 of the way. I understand water saving appliances, but this washer is beating up (agitating) dry clothes and failing to clean anything appropriately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A great idea but a horrible product This is my second one since moving into my home in 12/2016. This product I have to put tape over the dryer button just so that it can stay on. This means that I have to reapply because the hot dries out the adhesive. For me to wash I have to stand there and open and close the lid until the washer is completely full. It does not matter if I have a few items or a lot. This takes time out of my day at least 10 minutes each time that I have to wash. I am good for about 15 minutes while I am drying to do other things around the house before I have to go apply more tape to finish drying the clothes that's in the dryer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Limited Space I bought this because it was the only washer/dryer combo that would fit into my tiny space. Some reviews I saw rated this poorly due to not being attractive and some even rated it poorly due to it not being eco-friendly. Well - for as simple as this is, it IS eco-friendly. The only thing I do not like about this is the dryer doesn't buzz when it's done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and ugly Our cheap landlord bought us this and it barely fits in the laundry closet. Also, it's not remotely eco-friendly and the top toading with having to throw the detergent into the tub before putting in the clothes seems really 1950s. Overall, I have nothing good to say about this machine- I guess it gets the job done but it's not special or contemporary.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from if you need a compact w/d this is the best bet I purchased this W/D combo being the space I had available for a unit was tiny. If you have a confined space, it likely is one of 2 options. It is quite loud changing cycles, and on spin, but it does the job well. My only other complaint would be that there is not a timer on it to know how much is left in the cycle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it, but.... My new washer/dryer does a beautiful job washing, dries quickly and gently... much improved over unit in place when I purchased my condo. Drawbacks: No alert when dryer is funished (I set timer on my microwave as reminder to me.). The lint trap is cheesy, not well done, sometimes falls off, annoying.
