by KozAhl Either poor quality or defective pair
Bought them for my fiancé who is 6'7" 220lbs. Was so happy to find a stylish pair of dressier pants that actually fit him (36x36)- he used to buy shorter pants and sag them because he didnt want the hassle of ordering online and not being able to try stuff on.
Got the same pair of pants in 2 different colors- the first time he wore them they ripped in the butt area - and I was fuming mad because I thought I got him good pants and they weren't too tight on him at all. It was extra disappointing because it happened on the way out the door to our wedding shower :(. He ended up wearing the other pair to our shower and they didnt rip- but he wasn't comfortable in them because he was afraid they were going to rip next.

Well, I've always loved the look and feel of Dockers, but now it is rather difficult to get the sizing right with this brand. First, there is a considerable sizing difference between Classic Fit and Straight Fit pants. The Classic Fit seems to have an inseam that is one inch shorter than the stated inseam and the inseam of the Straight Fit pants. So, if you order a pair of 33X30 Classic Fit pants you get pants that are about one inch shorter in length than a pair of 33X30 Straight Fit pants. Next, Dockers produces their pants at various plants around the world (Haiti, Bangladesh, and Nicaragua). The pants produced in Bangladesh are generally roomier than those produced in Nicaragua. So, if you order a pair of 33X30s and they are from Nicaragua...you'll get pants that are tighter around your private regions and the pocket areas. The 33X30s produced in Bangladesh are great and have noticeably more room in the crotch/pocket area.

I just got these pants in the mail, and though I haven't worn them yet (they're having alterations made to them), I was pleased when I tried them on. The material has a bit of a shine to it, which, I would think, might help it resist wear and tear of my two-year-old Saturday Khakis. The fit is comfortable and the look is classy -- not too dressy, but far from casual.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathy The six Docker pants a bought for my husband were the best priced. I ordered a pair in all six colors available.
I ordered six pair of Dockers for my husband in every color available. Penney's prices are the best.

These slacks are great! I bought one of every color I could get (I can't seem to land that Coffee Bean in my size... sure wish I could!). They're very high quality, fit well, seem to resist staining and are great for casual Fridays! I snagged them on sale and they were around the price I'd pay for "similar but not as high quality" slacks at discount department stores, so you can't beat that.
Actually, I've bought them twice. I lost weight and had to buy new clothes. But I happily bought these again because I really enjoy them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Popeye Straight Fit is perfect for my husband.
My husband is tall and thin and the straight fit is perfect for him. He likes the flat front and tapered fit. Got rid of all his pleated and baggy pants. He looks great now!!!

Don't wear a wallet if you buy these pants, they wear very quickly at the rear pocket. Faster than any other dress pants I've ever seen

Very pleased with my purchase. Material is well made and pleasing color. Pants fit perfect. This is my third purchase in this line and they have all been the same size and cut. Not one pant a little shorter, larger, tighter, etc than the other. Will purchase again.
