Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Arizona Jeans As a casual and work ware Arizona loose straight jeans meet the ticket. With a usable 5th pocket for coins and small items pocket. These were my go to jean for over two decades from the Big "L" jean. The only thing that I have seen and I wish they (Penney) would left alone was the two centered loops in the rear. Which helped keep that even waist line when warring a t-shirt or a collared one. You guys and gals know what it looks like. You never can tell if enough of us new and seasoned wears mention it they may bring it back it one of those things that may them stand out above the other Jeans.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Back pockets need a redesign Let me start off by saying I love these jeans. I have been wearing Arizonas for years, the fit is always spot on and they are always a great price even though I always have to order my size (40x34, the store rarely carries it). My biggest gripe with these jeans is with the design of the rear pockets. The inside corner of the pocket, which is a high stress, high wear area, does not tie into a seam. I have had to toss several pairs of these because they developed a hole at the corner of the pocket just from normal wear, and once a hole starts there it very quickly becomes too big to wear the jeans in public, not to mention it creates a weak spot for the fabric to rip even if you try to use them for work jeans. I'm sure it will never happen but I wish they could find some way to make that area more durable. I just had to retire a pair that are only a few months old because they have a big hole in the butt now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Husband loves these jeans Rugged jeans... not that stretchy junk. My husband only wears this brand jean. I hope they continue to make them. Last time I was in Penney's they were hard to find. The jean shelves in the men's department were filled with "flex fit" jeans. Stretchy jeans for men...REALLY!!!...not on my man.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jean - good replacement for original Levis 569 style Levis refreshed its 569 to tighter thighs and seat, thinner fabric and a little shorter length. This feels exactly like the pre-2009 Levi's 569 fit. Great for those that like the fuller, more roomy fit and the heavier denim.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value on Jeans I purchased these for my husband and they look great in the dark finish, casual and good for going to the movies or to get-togethers. They fall nicely and are not tight in the wrong places. He wore them without complaint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Man jeans at a normal price! My son is 6'5" and it is SO difficult to find jeans that fit! Not only do these jeans fit perfectly, but the price was not astronomical! Great jeans for an XXL kid at a great price! Thanks JC Penney!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value, but... These are the right size for me, unfortunately a hole wears in the crotch area in one month of wearing. So I am forced to buy 12 pair a year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pair of jeans My son is tall, 6'7" and finding jeans that are long enough is difficult. I actually only needed the 34 inch inseam on these jeans. So happy!

How does fit compare with Arizona relaxed and should I buy the immediately smaller waist size in the loose fit, or go with "normal" sizing?

Asked by: MiamiPaul
Loose is more "baggy" than relaxed; I wouldn't adjust for size; just determine how "loose" you like your jeans. These fit my husband similar to common sweatpants, if that helps.

Is "Dark Rinse" blue or black? Hard to see on monitor. I did see the Q & A for "Dark Tint" as well. Thank you.

Relaxed vs. Loose fit

I've seen another question where the answers are evenly opposite to each other.. which fit is the 'looser' one.. Relaxed or Loose fit? I have relaxed fit ones now and don't want them more baggy than these..
Asked by: avemaria92
Loose fit is definitely the looser one. I tried the relaxed and it was too snug, but the loose fit was much more comfortable with more room in the seat and thighs.
