My review on sheets is very tough one because I have been very spoiled to have very soft sheet sets. My husbands compares me to the princess and the pea. So please keep that in mind if you take this review into consideration.
I was hoping and crossing my fingers that these sheets would be super soft since they were a microfiber, When I put them on my bed it didn't feel soft as I think they should have been even after washing. I was disappointed. I really hoped that I had found a fantastic product at a bargain price but I made a mistake. They felt rough to me and I will be returning the sets I bought. I don't suggest these unless softness doesn't matter to you then these are good for you. Also I could see through them when held up to the light so they are thin as well. I didn't sleep on them at all so I cant say how well they would hold up with regular use. But they are thin and I could see them eventually getting those little balls on them after a bit. Any how. Im a bit spoiled with my sheet sets so please keep that in mind with my review.

When I read some of the reviews, I think they must have been written before using, or there is lemons in these sheet sets. I purchased 2 sets of king sheets. I washed one set and put them on my Tempurpedic thick mattress. Washed great and fit perfect. I was so happy. Even my husband loved them. 2 days latter when I was making the bed I noticed the bottom sheet fabric was piling up already. 7 days latter when I was getting read laundry the sheets I was in shock. The bottom sheet is piling & fraying like something I have never experienced in a sheet. It already need to be thrown away. I have 15 year old bed sheets that look better than this, I was planning on giving the second set as a gift. I am so very thankful I used this set before gift giving., 2nd set will be returned, I have another set of micro fiber sheets I purchased from JCP 2yrs ago and they are still great. Do not know what happened with this run of sheets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 2011RS AWESOME SHEETS - depending on the color...maybe?
I bought two sets of these sheets (Jacobean Green [green filigree pattern] and Raffia [solid tan]) and use them year-round. They are super comfortable and light-weight (who wants to overheat in the summer OR the winter). I have had both sets for almost two years and neither has pilled or fallen apart in any way; both sets are as soft as the day I started to use them. The only odd thing I've noticed is that the Jacobean Green set seems to be thinner than the Raffia set. Both sets are thinner sheets (these aren't 1400 thread count, for goodness sake), but the Jacobean Green seems to be almost see-through. As I said, I use these year round and rotate the two sets so they're used the same amount, so it's not that the one set is "worn" more than the other. One last comment - I do agree with another reviewer that the pillow cases seem to be a little large, but maybe my pillows are just small :-)

The only reason I would buy these sheets again would be for THROW-AWAY GUEST SHEETS. After 1 washing they started to PILL--especially on my husband's side of the bed, due, I assume, to his leg and body hair. Now I have to take a de-pilling brush to them before every wash. I will THROW THEM AWAY as soon as I find replacements. The only consolation is that they did not cost as much as cotton. In addition to the PILLING (which makes it feel like sleeping on SANDPAPER), it attracts all manner of flang: cat hair, my hair, dust, blanket fuzz... whatever. They also have pulls in the fabric from any little thing that happens to snag them (like my wedding ring). And then there's the odd synthetic smell. The only thing nice I have to say about them that they are light, warm and silky out of the package. It's all downhill from there. SUCH a waste of money. SUCH a disappointment.

I have used these sheets for about 6 months now. I purchased them because they were on sale for a good price, considering what their regular price used to be. I wish I hadn't purchased them. These sheets have become my last resort set. I purchased the merlot and washed them with a color catcher before the first use. The sheets turned my mattress and the white socks I wore to sleep pink. It took about 5 washes and 6 color catchers to get the red to stop running. I find the sheets to be very thin, so thin I can see thru them. I also think they are uncomfortable while sleeping. They don't breathe or give comfortably. Changing positions in the middle of the night or rolling over causes me to get tangled up in these sheets. I am constantly waking up because my leg is wrapped up in the sheets.

We purchased a set of these microfiber sheets for our daughter when an old set became worn looking and shabby. I had bought a couple of sets of this type of sheet late last year for my own bed and was very pleased at how silky smooth and perfect they are for whatever weather - keep you cool in summer and warm in winter - even though they are so thin. They have lasted through many washings and even my husband remarked on how much he enjoyed sleeping in them. Upon receiving her new sheets, my daughter remarked that she loved not only that they had deep pockets to fit her mattress well, but that they were so soft and comfortable. I did have a thread coming out at the side of one seam, but that was easily dealt with. I won't ever buy regular sheets again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tonigirl Not quite what I expected
I was not sure what "microfiber" felt like, or what the quality of the material was like when I bought these sheets. Instead of visiting a store to check out the material, I decided to take the leap and purchase this set in taupe on jcp.com, mainly because they were on sale at a price that could not be matched. The color was great, exactly what I expected based on the pictures on the website. I have to say that the feel that I expected, sturdy, comfy sheets, was not what I received. These are very thin and slippery, almost like satin. They simply feel cheap. After washing and drying the sheets there were small holes and tears everywhere, and they are not warm, definitely summer sheets. I am cold natured and found that I like my flannel sheets much better.

I bought these low-priced sheets for a twin guest bed. It's a good thing we don't have guests very often, because I do not think these sheets will hold up to frequent washing. When I first took them out of the package, I thought they had a nice feel and seemed to have an average weight. Then I washed them before putting them on the bed, and my opinion completely changed. They now feel extremely thin, and there are loose threads all over. Also, I feel like these twin sheets are oversized. The top sheet now also has a strange sheen to it. Like I said before, it is a good thing that these sheets will not need frequent washing. I am hoping that they don't come out of the washer in shreds whenever I next wash them.
