Rated 5 out of 5 by from Infinite Circulon I don't know why I'm the first reviewer. I have done extensive research and this is by far the best out there for cookware. Calphalon used to hold that title but reading reviews about their various lines, proves very different. The weight is evenly distributed and the aluminum bases help with regulating the cooking temp. I mistakenly left something on the stove the other night and it burnt the pan. I let it cool and simply peeled away the burnt cheese. I was not much of a cook but now I am learning and produced the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Clean up is a breeze. Although it's permitted, I do NOT use metal utensils or put into the dishwasher. A little Bar Keepers Friend will help keep the stainless/aluminum bottoms clean. With JCP's sale price, you can't go wrong. Recently read to stay away from citrus based soaps when cleaning. I'm a "Dawn" guy. BTW, the Infinite line has been discontinued, so get it now while you can. (I tried the Symmetry line first and was not as pleased).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good set, but not lifetime We have had the Infinite Circulon range for just over 7 years now and were very happy with our pans for the first few years. Although it showed wear over time and wasn't as scratch resistant as the brand claims, the pans still looked really good despite everyday use. Over the past year, they have started to deteriorate at such a fast rate that we're having to replace the entire set. The frying pans are no longer nonstick and the outside of the pans is chipping off. The only thing that's changed is that we've started to put them in the dishwasher. Scratch resistant and dishwasher safe were the two main reasons why we invested in the Infinite range as opposed to other Circulon pans or other professional brands so this is a disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well and still beautiful These are my go-to pans in the kitchen. I've had them for about 5 years and they still look great. The only one really showing wear is the large skillet, which I use nearly every day. The lids fit perfectly, and the design is beautiful. I keep them on the stove because they look good there. There were a couple things that took a little getting used to for me. The first is the handles have a square shape, which doesn't feel that natural in my hand, but they do feel balanced. The other is I'm used to flipping food when I'm cooking. The angle of the skillet's walls make me need to be a little more careful than some of the steeper walled pans I've had in the past. I should also note, I like heavier cookware, these ones are on the medium side, leaning towards a little heavier, but the cooking performance is great. If you're into lightweight cookware, these are probably not for you. Other than that, love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best cookware I ever owned I talked with other people about their cookware and got high remarks about Infinite Circulon. I looked and looked and read reviews and finally bought a set. I absolutely LOVE these pots and pans!! My aunt was over and noticed them and now wants a set herself.. I just ordered her a set and ordered me more sizes the set didn't come with. I will never buy a cheap set of Rachel Rays cookware again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect cookware Perfect in every way except the handles get hot. Great sizes, durability and conduct heat well. I'd buy it, again, but I won't need to because I'm predicting it will last a lifetime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Cookware About five years ago, I decided to upgrade from cheaper sets of cookware to something more lasting and substantial. I wanted hard anodized cookware with nonstick that was also dishwasher safe. I looked at Calphalon, as well, but Circulon won out in my search. I've never once regretted my decision to buy this set, along with various other pieces of the Infinite Circulon collection. The cookware is substantial without being too heavy, and it's extremely durable and easy to clean. In five years, the pans still look almost new, and I know I will use them for many more years to come. This cookware is a true investment set that takes your kitchen from average to something more professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best cookware out there I have been a circulon fan for over 12 years. After selling (yes selling) my 12 year old set, i decided to get a new set of a different brand. That was a mistake. So i decided to get this infinite set. Boy was i pleasantly surprised. They are very sturdy and well made and a nice weight to it (i cannot see how people complain they are too heavy). The walls are the thickest besides unison i have seen in anodized pots, and the bottoms are very flat and fit perfectly on my glass stove top. A pleasure to cook with and clean. If you are debating between this set and Calphalon or Anolon, buy this set, you will not be disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Have had this set for 4 months and have only used wooden spoons, extra virgin olive oil in my cookware. I HATE this set. Multiple pieces have started losing its non-stick coating all over my food as I'm cooking resulting in numerous wasted dinners and costing me even more money. I would expect more from a $200+ cookware set. Should also mention I only hand wash these pieces. Called customer relations and was told they could "look" at it but I will have to pay shipping and be without cookware for weeks. No thanks. First time trying Circulon and it will be my last.
