Rated 1 out of 5 by JByTheBigLake from Cheap looking and does NOT block light This shade is a horrible value. The fabric is very cheap looking. Also it hardly blocks light in spite of the fact that it turned up in my search of "room darkening roman shades." It is practically useless as a room darkening shade, which is the whole reason I bought it. I bought the blue stripe and you can see straight through it. How great that custom shades are not returnable. What a waste.

Rated 3 out of 5 by cagagil from Material nice The blinds overall are good. The material appears nice, installation was easy, My only concern is that I ordered the soft cream, and the color on line is not the color I received. i realize I was looking at a picture of blinds, but the blinds I received were almost a pale yellow. t does not go with the other cream materials in my room. Not at all what I was wanting or expected.

Is the back side (street facing) color white, off white, or same color as front?
This is Supreme roman shade. It’s with white color liner on the back. Attached the photos for your reference.

Is the French Cabaret color a bright red, rust red, or henna/brown red? Thanks.
French Cabernet is more of a rust red color.

can the roman shades be shortened?
I would imagine no, although my order has not yet been delivered so I don't have them in hand to be able to look at how they are actually made and if they could easily be altered. I ordered mine custom sized because I had several different window sizes that required the roman shade type window treatment.
