Sold individually. Polyester/linen shade. Window must be 2" deep for inside mount; 2½" deep for flush inside mount. Mounting hardware included. Vacuum or spot clean. Imported.

In other words, do I subtract a certain amount for clearance from the inside dimension of the window, or do you make that adjustment?

Answer: 
You would be entering the dimensions of the shade. Be sure that when you measure the window, you are rounding the measurements down to the nearest 1/8".
