Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased with the purchase. I am purchasing drapes for a new home, I wish I would have bought this product for my other windows instead of the thermal drapes I actually bought. Good lining, I washed in cold water and they did not shrink (unlike other lined drapes I bought that shrunk 4 inches in length.) These drapes were bought for insulation purposes and they do the job well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice mid weight curtain My very first impression was they are thinner than expected. Second thing I noticed is the top seems flimsy and may droop over time. I did like the rich brown color I returned because they were 1 inch too long, they would not work with my traverse rod, and lastly I wanted a heavy weight fabric.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice curtains I bought these for my 19 year old son's room -- he just put a big TV in his room and needed to be able to shut the light out from the window to get a good picture. These curtains are perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great room darkening, denim-like texture. I was pleased at the appearance and heavy quality of these curtains. They are on the sturdy/casual side due to their weight. Color is as depicted (red), I am very pleased with this purchase. At sale prices, I got three for less than the price of two, and can't complain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good lined drape/curtain very heavy material. much ironing to get rid of the wrinkles/fold lines, but it's a nice curtain. i have lots of older windows and these curtains will cut down on my heating bill!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Curtains are okay, but really hard to get the wrinkles out! I would purchase the curtains again, but think they are over priced. I thought the curtains would be a little thicker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality great - keeps out heat and cold Love these curtains we have purchased over 10 pair. Some panels have been hanging for 7 years, have not faded and wash well. Have really made a difference in keeping out the cold and heat! Would highly recommend. Great Value and quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem-Solving Curtains Cotton fabric (no vinyl fumes), Cream color (matches ivory walls), Dims harsh glaring daylight into soft subtle diffused pale light, Reduces loud immediate exterior noise (from high school football field and busy traffic) into distant slight sounds, Improves privacy, Hard-to-find 54-inch length fits the interior frames of my windows (interior frame curtains add space to small rooms).

How to hang

I have older curtains in my home and the work on a hook and cord system. Do these have to hooks on the back of them or have a place to put the hooks?
