Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits well Excellent price - 2 for 1! Love that I can now wash these at home so no more added expense for dry cleaning. I steamed them once hung and it was quick and easy. Keeping the heat in. We'll see once summer comes how well it keeps the heat out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Thermal Curtains I bought the thermal curtains to help with the winter drafts, regardless of how good my window are, they still get cold and I wanted a little extra protection. They are working great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice casual curtains Medium weight cotton twill with white polyester blend lining. Fabric blocks sun but allows some light to filter. Wrinkles out of package needed light ironing and hanging

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice durable curtains Previously had thermal jcp curtains that are now discontinued. Washed previous ones and one curtain shrunk. These thermal curtains are similar fabric.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Look These hung very nicely with a smooth clean look. The color is not really red; more like maroon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value, Curtains are just what I was looking for I purchased these in soft cream. The color consistency is great (as oppose to some other reviews). I suspect those comments may be based on the fact that some threads and perhaps excess fabric can get caught between the liner and outer layer during manufactuering and packaging, but when you iron the curtains and clean these bits and pieces out the fabric consistency is totally fine. These are in our nursery, and they cut down on the light significantly, but there is still some natural light (which is what we wanted). It is totally cozy for afternoon naps without creating an environment where our child requires complete darkness for a nap. It is nice that there is a tab and pocket, it allows you the flexibility to choose your look. The only downfall is that the pocket is slightly small, so if you have a thicker curtain rod it is a little difficult to open and close the curtains. I had to retrofit my curtain rod with some sticky fasteners (rod to bracket), so the rod does not move when I move the curtains along them. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase! I would definitely recommend these curtains.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great colors, but wrinkly This was the style of curtain I had in mind, and it comes in a variety of colors and lengths. They were on sale, which made them pretty much irresistible. They show white to the outside, contrary to what I was told when I enquired at JCPenney.com. I ordered soft cream, traditional navy and rustic red. The colors are great, but fabric is very wrinkly, particularly the cream. The navy is the the best, and the red is in between. I ran them through a rinse cycle and hung them up wet, per the directions, but the fold lines and wrinkles didn't hang out. They are extremely noticeable on the cream, and I ended up pressing them with a steam iron, which helped, but who wants to iron curtains?! I'm hoping that with a real laundering and time, they will straighten out. Also, I noticed two curtains are not exactly the same length as the others. I haven't decided yet whether I would buy these again, or if I would recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has many great features. The back-tab feature makes it so easy to put on and take off the curtain rod. The fact they are machine washable saves a tremendous amount of money on dry cleaning and comes out of the dryer looking great. The panels hang nicely and are so easy to pull open and closed. The energy saving thermal feature is very good for us who are energy conscious. The noise reducing feature I have not seen before, but is very good. The available choices of hues were good enough for me and what I needed, but may not fit all decorating choices. The value and sales on this product were excellent. "Sweepstakes Entry"

our place is very well insulated, even with a possibility for mildew. Can these curtains "breathe"?

Asked by: sera
Yes these are cotton twill fabric drapes. Yes cotton does breathe. If you suffer from mildew behind your drapes, you have moisture accumulating on your window. You need to see how you can fix that problem. Drapes will not help that.

I would like to know. Is the cool white a true white or a gray white?

Quite a few customers have spoken in regards to the rod size capability smaller then they expected? Can anyone tell me what size rod you are using?

Asked by: Tazdjessie
The rod opening in these drapes is 3-4 inches. So consider that before you order these drapes. I use a I inch rod but remember, you can use up to a three inch rod with no problem.

How much light do they block?

I'm interested in the white panels but need something that's 99-100% blackout. Are these blackout or just darkening?
Asked by: StephanieZ
They are lined drapes. One lining is sewn in and it filters the light, the other is applied to the material and it filters about the same amount of light. Neither lining is blackout.
