Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall good purchase Curtains look nice - especially the embroidery. Only problem was I will have to return/exchange 1 of the 4 panels as it is about 1" shorter than the others. Means an extra trip to the store. Waiting for replacement & hoping it matches & is the correct length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice sheers I wanted these to go with forest green valances. They are perfect. The green in the embroidered design has varying shades, so they will go with any green of that tone. I had limited choices as I needed an odd size (72"), but I am very pleased with these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Casual Beauty I wanted a more casual look for my family room. We have 2 lg westward facing windows and I wanted the light heavily filtered but not blacked out completely. Pairing these panels in Linen with JC Penney's Marsell back tab curtain panel in caribou brown did the trick perfectly! They look as if they were made to pair together! We now have a family room with a warm, bright feel minus the glaring sunlight.

Is the "linen" color more brownish, or does it look slightly more pinkish/red?

Asked by: KLKC
The pattern is brownish/tan. Like the color of wheat once it starts getting darker. They are beautiful. They do not look pinkish/red at all

Is a double rod required to accomodate the valence?

Asked by: Curious
Yes, if you want the valence to hang on the outside of the curtain on its own rod. No, if you only want the valence to hang in between the panels on the same rod. Since this is my craft room I wanted my curtains to always be open to let in lots of light so my valence is in between panels on same rod. My valence is NOT the pretty curvy one that Penny's sells. Mine is made out of the left-over fabric where I cut off the bottom and made my curtains shorter.
